I found a picture of a glass at Vines and it was a glass with a fancy rose stem. Wonder if that’s what they mean.

I read somewhere that, if you visit the Vines Bar, that you must return the glasses, but no one is saying why. So, if I want a glass of wine, I can't leave the bar? Am I reading into this wrong?
