  1. C & A #. A couple prompts and was on hold. This was the same time you called. The hold time was 20 minutes which I couldn't do at that time. I called back at 11:15 and had a 5 minute wait.
  2. We have had those twice. My granddaughter gets motion sickness in cars but this room did not bother her.
  3. Our 3 cabins are already linked per RCL. I booked all 3 together. I know I have linked cabins before but can't figure it out right now. Any help?
  4. We have won 4 Royal Up's, all from inside guarantees bidding minimum. We have never been under the pool deck.
  5. My granddaughter always gets motion sickness in cars but has never on a cruise.
  6. Just my curiosity, I never saw how late they actually were. Five minutes?, 2 Hours? It really doesn't matter, late is late. I was just curious.
  7. It usually takes less than 5 minutes for everyone to go to their seat after the first day..
  8. Remember in most cases your tablemates will have to wait for you to arrive before they can start to be served.
  9. Ten minutes would have been too long for me if I had a reservation.
  10. I did a mock booking for a cruise I looked at 10 days ago. I was offered $150 onboard credit for an inside guarantee. The only problem was that the cruise price went up almost $200 a person.
  11. When we switched cruises, we were not charged the change fee initially. And then at final payment, the change fee had been applied.
  12. We were there on a small ship and there was also a large ship in port( I don't remember what ships). By 11 people couldn't find 2 chairs together anywhere near the water.
  13. I have had pending on several occasions without getting the Royal Up.
  14. We would love 5:30 or earlier for a start time. Some people like to eat early.
  15. We are only D+ with about 200 pts. Our last 3 cruises we had the upgraded shampoo and conditioner.
  16. We were told in September, when we returned to port around 10pm instead of early the next morning, that the ambulances couldn't show up until the ship was docked. They said that is because they may be needed elsewhere. We were docked a good 30 minutes before they arrived. We had 2 non life threatening cases on board.
  17. they also have them at least some of the beaches.
  18. I don't think anyone entered our cabin (we were down a hallway where there were only 6 cabins, but we had to call maintenance to come fix our toilet which hadn't flushed in over 4 hours. They said we didn't need to be there. I came back to the cabin about 2 hours later to find the door slightly open due to the deadbolt on. I figured they were still in the cabin working but there was no one in sight and the toilet had been fixed. Scary to think anyone could have come in our cabin because maintenance didn't close the door.
