  1. About three years ago, we had family travel to Bermuda and they went SNUBA diving. I can't seem to find anything on it. The one that pops up on Viator says we can't book currently. Does anyone know if we can still go SNUBA diving in Bermuda?

  3. Sorry, Yes, I am across the hall. She is booked with her Aunt and Cousin in one room. My Husband, younger daughter and I are across the hall.
  4. I tried searching and couldn't find a response so it I missed it, please link it for me... My daughter will be staying in a cabin with her Aunt and Cousin. How do I register her? Should I just give her info to my SIL to register? Can she be attached to my credit card and my SIL and Niece to another?
  5. I kid you not, last week the Call Center told me I just don't know how to read. My birthday is incorrect on my Account (NOT my booking). He kept insisting the booking was correct. Well it is Jack ***! It's on my account. So I can't link the two. After 2 weeks of failed attempts I hit them on Social Media. Probably not what they want with all of the other press they currently have. Well I received a call yesterday that it was fixed... They blamed my travel agent. Guess what... Still not fixed. After reading this and all of the post cruise billing issues, I am definitely rethinking my December Cruise. I am not sure that you can win regardless with this company, Somehow when initially booked they cancelled my cruise, but nobody seems to know why. Travel Agent says it was Princess and Princess says Travel Agent. So who knows.

  7. Thanks it let me because I need to put in my birthday to access it. And my birthday is correct on the booking. It's just not write in the app/website. It seems you can log into the booking without logging into your account.
  8. Thank you, I will try the web version. I called and was told they couldn't help. They said they will escalate it and have someone get back to me in 3-5 days!
  9. I used a travel agent but with my current issues it's with the website account not the booking. The man who I couldn't understand just kept tell me the booking was right. I kept telling him I know. It's the website birthday not the booking. That's why I can't link it!
  10. We are really looking forward to trying Princess for the first time, but I am second guessing booking with them. I have cruised over 25 times with NCL, Carnival and RC and I have never had the issues like this with a booking. They have cancelled my reservation once but they can't figure out why. I have gone days without being able to sign in to make sure it hadn't been cancelled again. My room had been moved without notifying me even though we are traveling with other parties (they were able to move it back). And now today, I can't link my booking on the app because the app and website have the wrong year to my birthday. When I googled how to fix it I guess this is a common issue. When I called they keep telling me there's nothing they can do and they will call me back is 3-5 days? Please tell me these are isolated issue! Please tell me the customer service on the ship is much better. And do they seriously not have a customer service e-mail address to send concerns to?

  12. If that's truly your plan maybe consider food republic or somewhere like that where you can go have some small plates and desserts a few hours before dinner. More like a late lunch. Personally I would just pick a couple nights and go enjoy the perk. There's plenty you can do together during the day.
  13. Can anyone confirm if the Encore has changed over to Coke and if so can you get Coke and Sprite Zero? And if so, everywhere or specific places?
  14. Hi - we have traveled with our T1 quite a few times. I always bring a note from the doctor with a list of items we must have including juice boxes and prepacked snacks. I always reach out to the special needs desk and request a working fridge for insulin and a sharps container. We have always received both. Not sure how old your child is but we have had hick ups in the kids club. They generally don't let them carry there supply bag but after a talk with the supervisor they have kept it on a desk in case my daughter needed it. But it is not secure. They have also always given me a cell phone to use on board while she is at the club in case they needed to contact me while she is checked in. I always suggest bringing way more then you need of all supplies. You don't want to be stranded with out them. If your child is on a CGM or Pump bring patches, for the amount of time they are sweating or in the water we always have backup patches. Be prepared to SWAG - they won't have carb counts for anything not prepacked. But we just let her run a little high and assume that all of the activity will help even her out. When are you sailing? We just booked a spring break cruise on the Encore and always love meeting other families.
  15. Good Morning, Where is the 4th bed on the Encore Family Balcony rooms? We booked 13262 and all the photos only show the sofa bed. I don't see a pullman.
