I called yesterday to upgrade our drinks and the agent asked if "we both wanted to upgrade". So lots of inconsistent results. We did both want to so I don't know what would have happened if I had only asked for one.

Many are reporting Short Ribs being served at the lunch, so don't panic.

Great! I really hope they are on the menu for us. They showed up on the MDR menu day 4 of our upcoming sailing recently too, so I'm happy.

Today I noticed that beef short ribs had been added to one of the night's menu on our upcoming Silhouette cruise as well as the prime rib on a different night. Things are looking up!

Well that's disappointing. I could almost understand making an exception if it was a cold weather itinerary.

Our daughter just returned from a cruise on Reflection and they had changed the Short Ribs to Beef Bourguignon at the concierge lunch. We go in a few weeks and I love the short ribs too, so disappointed. She said the Bourguignon was good. Anyone have a current menu? I would like to see what else is offered and she doesn't remember.. And I'm not seeing short ribs on any of the MDR menus...

The only way I have heard of is to do a mock booking on Celebrity's site. You'll have to look at every category cabin. I did our 3/27 Silhouette sailing this way and found 563 available cabins on 1/22 and it was down to 306 available on 2/20. So sales are pretty strong.

That is brilliant! Can't believe I never thought of that. Definitely taking mine next month.
