  1. I rang P&O on receiving details of my new cabin. Told them unacceptable and I wanted a refund. The person checked with supervisor and because I had ticked “no upgrade” I was entitled to a refund. It became a bit more complicated because I had booked using future cruise credit. I gave them written permission to remove the enhancement and then received my refund.
  2. If you booked Select and ticked “no upgrade” you are entitled to a full refund.

  4. By booking Select and ticking no upgrades we were able to get a refund for our cruise.
  5. We were allowed to cancel as we had ticked “no upgrade”. Had to give permission for the 25% enhancement to be taken back and then received refund.
