  1. Yes, they can be moved ad nauseam. You can also combine points with any other person living at your address. Also, the Chase to Hyatt redemption is usually the best in the game.
  2. You can transfer points to any Chase UR transfer partner as long as you create an account with said partner. You do not have to open a specific CC other than your Chase card. Here’s a list of airline partners.
  3. Open a new travel credit card with a sign-up bonus and your flights could be free.
  4. Which is exactly why the house doesn’t always win. 😉
  5. Except paying a bill late wouldn’t come close to the thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars in benefits many of us have earned. 😃
  6. And that’s why it’s called a game. If a person is responsible, he/she doesn’t spend more money. This isn’t a difficult concept, but I realize different generations learned things an entirely different way. When I was younger, it was “Credit cards bad; debit cards good.” That strategy has been reversed for many people these days.
  7. Nice! Business cards are my next project. 😄
  8. “Might.” Why do you assume he/she is irresponsible?
  9. Debit cards offer very few rewards, if any. Using a debit card is the old way of thinking. I’ve never paid a single cent of credit card interest and have earned thousands and thousands of dollars. If OP wasn’t responsible financially, he/she wouldn’t be a good candidate for the game.
  10. Why? If one is organized and responsible, the credit card game is incredibly lucrative.
  11. Huge into the points game, mostly via Chase products. I’m at 5/24 (for those in the know), so I have to wait a bit before trying for new SUBs (sign-up bonuses). I haven’t paid for a flight in years, and have around a month of free hotel stays accrued.
