Does anyone have a telephone number, other than the ones listed online to the Captains Circle team? I need to add a cruise that is not listed on my adult daughter's account, prior to our sailing on May 4, 2024. I have sent several emails to, noreply@princesscruises.com, received confirmation of receipt, but still nothing, crickets...... I have called the general 800 number and all i get is follow the link on the website (which I have done 3x). Princess online and on the phone presence is terrible. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Can you tell me when we board, where do I go to book the Sanctuary? Do I go to the Sanctuary or to the front desk??? BTW, am I correct that i cannot prebook online prior to boarding?

How about N/A wine??? Landside I have drunk Fre and its delicious. Hope Princess cares about us non drinkers???

Wondering if I purchase specialty meals and there is no availability for times I want, can I get a refund if I prepurchase a package? Anyone every have this issue and if so, did you get a refund to your account or your original form of payment? We are the the Escape in a few weeks and not sure if I should purchase the package.

Can someone tell me about the wifi on the Magic? Need to keep in touch w my children and want to text or FaceTime them via Facebook. Will the wifi work for either of those options?

I always travel with travel size Gorilla Tape, it comes in so handy for lots of unexpected things including ripped laundry bags!

So if I read correctly, you can not book in advance, you have to do it once on board? Can you tell me where I go to do this once on the ship?

We booked the cruise prior to me knowing about the military OBC. I applied for the program, was accepted and received the email stating so, but after the booking. The credit did not appear, so thanks to CC I called HAL. I was told, to send a copy of the approval via email to submit_@hollandamerica.com. I did just that and within 3 hours my credit was on my account.

BTW, if you get it in the US its free!! 950.00 on a ship is criminal.
