The holiday cruise in December ...

How many days months are you away from your cruise start?

OK. I looked at the cruise planner and Sushi on 5 is showing as being open every day for lunch. I am not seeing lunch at Tuscan, but the schedule is only for the first 7 days. I would assume that you do not make reservations for Sushi on 5 for lunch? What about Tuscan for lunch? Is there much difference between Sushi on 5 for lunch and dinner? I am thinking that I cancel my dinner reservation there and go for lunch several days...

So did anyone get a response back that was not canned marketing? Did they respond back to exactly what they are "testing"?

I was just wondering if there are any special restaurants on the Millenium that you can go to during lunch and skip the MDR?

One last question about the dinner. Do you have to keep the cookbook that comes with it? I am not sure that I want to drag it back?

I think that there is a wine pairing. According to the web page it is additional. I do not know much if anything about the wine pairing.

Thanks everyone. I ended up booking the dinner. At first I was concerned that there would be too much food, however the portion sizes in the photos above look reasonable.

The dinner is not posted on the app, but shows up on the web. There is not a menu for the web.

I would suspect that they are overbooking and projecting that people will cancel.

How many courses? What are the choices? Is it worth it? Will I be wowed? How do I know when the dinner will be? Do I book specialty dinners and then cancel when I found out what night the Boulud dinner is?

So do you book your specialty reservations and the Boulud dinner, and then cancel your specialty reservation when you find out the night of the Boulud dinner?

I saw the Bouliad dinner, but I was not sure what time it is at? It said they would leave a note in your room about the time? Anyways I am an early diner.

Since I booked the day that they became available I got 100% of my choices for dates and times and restaurants.

I wish that they would take all of the Celebrity Vineyard wines off of the menu and give us better choices... Ugh.

Hmmm. With the selections Celebrity has by the glass currently it sounds like it may be a better deal to bring your own champagne on board even if you have the drink package.

I would keep your cabin. At least that way you know what you are getting. The amount seems like a paltry amount.

The I'll just avoid the casino voices may be just to get past the next Celebrity cruise. After booked cruises you have a choice of which cruise line to book on without any prior time or money invested in the upcoming cruise. Only time will tell... The Celebrity business model at this time makes zero sense to me. In prior years they had a religious following. Much like Apple or other successful brands...
