  1. Passenger/volume ratio almost identical to QV and QE and probably not that dissimilar to most other cruise ships. Cabins no smaller to Vista cabins. Not sure what Payne has to do with it: QA nor any other ship is the QM2. Don’t know why you are comparing anything to the QM2
  2. Fit more in if you think about footprint of table and two chairs
  3. Got to differentiate somehow...
  4. Layout same, trim may be a bit different, and bathroom may be slightly lower spec (but I assume no shower curtain)
  5. I think all the vloggers were put in BC, not standard balconies
  6. No, you get a coffee machine... and I suspect the trim may be a bit different... though probably a lot closer than BC>PG>QG
  7. Britannia Club is the lowest they've got. So they've covered maybe 25% to 30% tops of all cabins...
  8. First look at PG cabin - looks pretty good considering the daft shape
  9. I've just googled companies in the past. Wondering if Gettransfer now work in US as they put out a trip to a number of suppliers seem to - have used them in Europe with no problem https://gettransfer.com/en?utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign={brand}:282533728&utm_content=1262239634280562&utm_term=kwd-78890151094878:loc-188&msclkid=c526468d342a164578e220bea65819e1
  10. Looks OK, not as good as QM2 but perfectly OK for a walk. most days we'll be ashore (unlike QM2) and there are other places to sit.
  11. All looks good to me being part of the younger demographic (63!) Like the other ships too, so can appreciate more than one type of class...
  12. The casino looks naff compared with the rest of it. I guess Cunard want the money from it but….
  13. There's the additional slim wardrobe next to the bed - or is that the one you are talking about? More wardrobes = less cabin space, so I guess it's a trade off
  14. I'd slightly miss my rainfall shower... but I guess they want to put a slight limit on water consumption if possible - and there may not be enough headroom anyway
  15. They don't. They'll be pretty much same size as BCs as it's just the cabin is deeper, but the same width and the bathroom is by the door The bathroom does seems a touch bigger without the sloped corner seen in the videos where the loo sits in the BCs. Assuming the plans from months ago are still accurate
  16. And Chris Frame...
  17. Folks you should take everything back - looks b***** fantastic! (Queens Room is probably the lowlight though!) I also take it back - this may well have been filmed by the guys commentating
  18. A 10 min review. Though looks like Cunard issue video with 3rd party commentary
  19. More will be from the roof dome - nice feature
  20. Very nice - almost tempted to bid on a P1>Q5/Q6 upgrade... £640pp min though.... yes a Q5. Corner ones are Q3
  21. Ok, some misunderstanding - yes it has glass walls but no direct windows to outside (as light through the restaurants). And quite narrow paths to the outside especially on QG side, but looks good. Do QV and QE have walls then (I only know the rather underwhelming QM2 Grills lounge)? I know as only a one time cruiser which table we will be given in PG in June - not one of the ones lining the windows unfortunately...
  22. The QG lounge is between PG and QG restaurants so it has no direct windows but has a domed roof window (which is on the centreline of the ship).
  23. Stops the hangers being stolen.
