I apologize if this has been asked before, I looked through the threads and could not find this specific question. I have $900 in FCCs from a cruise that was canceled during the Global Sailing Suspension. I used these FCCs as a deposit on a cruise leaving November, 2022. We now need to cancel this cruise, and the cancelation penalty right now is $900. With the new policy on FCCs, does anyone know if I will get these FCCs back, and in effect pay no cancelation fee? Was on hold for an hour today to ask this question and had to hang up. Thank you!!

I think this is true. I just copied this from the website's Best Price Guarantee Form (fine print at the bottom). All Royal Caribbean Best Price Guarantee claim forms must be submitted on-line within 48 hours of reserving your cruise and verified by Royal Caribbean in order to qualify for the onboard credit.
