I'm considering Symphony out of Cape Liberty. Desperate to try an Oasis size ship and happy with the price, Having only ever been to Florida in the US before it would be a different vacation as we willprobably spend some time in New York afterwards, so off to do some research before I hit the book button.

I am considering a 2024 RC cruise on Symphony of The Seas from Cape Liberty. We are UK based and have only ever visited Florida in the US before so this would be a big change for us. We are over the Disney trips now and want to try something different. Questions I have to help me before booking are: What would be the best way to get from JFK to the cruise port, 2 adults, 2 children with luggage? We would stay in New York for a few days afterwards and would like some recommendations for the best things to see and do with an 18 and 13 year old Many thanks

We loved her too, we are coming from the U.K. so will need a longer cruise. We done a 3 night in July just as a taster for our first ever cruise. I didn’t want to leave 😢

I have a Question regarding freedom and it’s future itineraries. We sailed on the freedom at the summer for our first cruise and loved it. We are researching for 2024 cruises and weighing up all options/cruise lines. Is the freedom always a 3/4 day cruise itinerary or will it ever change for a longer cruise?

Thank you. We drove in Orlando at the summer, we were staying in a Villa in Windsor Palms, Kissimmee and I feel as though I spent most of my holiday stuck in traffic on the I4 and 192. Will definitely be looking at a Universal onsite stay next time using Uber/Lyft.

Thank you - love the sound of drinking wine on the balcony before dinner. When booking a balcony room for 4 would it be pull down beds or a sofa bed? We also much prefer Universal to Disney now. I feel Disney are pricing out the working man these days.

Not at all, I’m always open to suggestions. That could actually be a good call, perhaps an 8 day cruise, 5 days at Universal would work as we will also need a night in Port Canaveral before the cruise which could take us to the 14 nights.

We need to take spending money into consideration as well. This summer we cruised 4 days on freedom then 2 weeks in a villa in Orlando and spent a fortune. The cost of groceries and eating out was a lot more expensive than previous trips and the dollar to pound rate didn’t help. The positive aspect of a longer cruise is most things are included.

We would be staying 2 weeks and having a week in Universal after our Cruise.

After cruising previously on RC I am considering a cruise on Carnival Vista for June 24 on the 6 day eastern Caribbean itinerary. The main pull is the affordability, coming from the U.K. we need to take flight costs into consideration as well and carnival seem very reasonable price wise compared to the RC fares. Having sailed on RC freedom of the seas previously how would we find changing to carnival. We are 2 adults and 2 teenagers - the boys previously enjoyed sports courts. Arcades and eating mainly! Thanks I’m advance for any advice.

A local travel agent has put a Facebook post on this morning saying Anthem 2024 will be available to book from Tuesday. Will other ships be available to book or do they drip feed them out?

Me too! I priced 2 connecting rooms as I will have 2 teenagers, £5700 for 4 of us on 8th June western Caribbean sailing. I am coming from the UK so that's not even including a flight. Just patiently waiting on the other ships itineraries being released from the Florida ports now.

I am waiting to book a June 2024 cruise from Port Canaveral. Any ideas when these will be released and what ships will be sailing from the port? Thank you 🙂

First time cruiser - sailing in 3 weeks and I am having issues completing the online check in. Husband and I both have a message saying "There is an issue with your vaccination record" I screenshot and uploaded our record from the NHS app (we are in the UK) Son aged 16 has uploaded with no issues. Youngest son is 11 and not vaccinated - is it ok to not complete for youngest son? Thanks in advance for any help and advice.

This is amazing news for us, we travel to Miami from the UK in 3 weeks and we have been quite apprehensive about the need to test beforehand. I can now relax and look forward to our trip. Still need to test to board the cruise but at least I am getting to Florida right? 😄
