  1. I got the SOBC credits in addition to our military. It took a few days to get Stockperks to authenticate our shares, but once they did that everything went very quickly. Much easier/faster than filling out forms and scanning them into the computer along with the stock statement for every cruise. I think I like the new process.
  2. Are you both military? It's my understanding that if you both get the MOBC then you can't get the SOBC. We are both get MOBC.
  3. All I can say is we booked 5 cruises in 2022. The first departs Sep 8 and after 2 calls to customer service and 3 chats we still haven't seen any sobc with our mocb.
  4. All I can say is our 10th Princess cruise starts on Sep 8th. We have never had a problem before getting our sobc within a day of submitting the data.. We booked the upcoming 5 cruises in 2022. We have sent in all the correct forms. Customer service tells us they have received it and it is in process. Yes I check it daily. Which only makes me more angry every day. I wrote the ceo and pres today expressing my frustration in getting any answers about my sobc.
  5. That is true. I have sent the 5 Princess shareholders forms along with my current investor statement 5 times. I called Princess twice to ask what the problem is and was told it was in process. This has been going on for 3 weeks. I have never had this problem before. The SOBC has always been applied within a day. I am not new to the process or the data requirements. This is a new Princess thing.
  6. You should still get it if you aren't getting the military OBC. It appears you can't get both. However, I haven't seen anything from Princess. I just haven't been able to get a straight answer from customer service as to why they haven't applied my shareholders OBC to our 5 cruises - one is leaving is 70 some days and 3 are fully paid for.
  7. We are both too and haven't seen sent to us. The only thing that makes me believe it is real is Princess customer service inability to give me an answer for not giving me the SOBC. The MOBC has been there for over a year on all 5 cruises we booked. We have never had any problem prior to this for getting the SOBC with a day of sending the information. I wrote both CEO & President expressing my displeasure with not being able to get a satisfactory answer from customer service and if rumors are true why Princess is not grandfathering its currnet shareholders and incentiving us to sell our stock.

  9. We booked our 5 upcoming cruises in 2022 and have yet to see our SOBC. We are both military and the MOBC is there. I chatted again today and no reason given for not giving us the SOBC. So, I sent an email to both Jan Swarz and John Padgett this morning. Stating my displeasure with Princess changing a policy without grandfathering their current shareholders and how incentivizing us to sell our stock is helpful to the company. Maybe if more of us do that it will help.
  10. I have been frustrated for a while over getting my SOBC. We have 5 cruises booked between Sep 2023 and Mar 2024. We both get MOBC. I have repeatedly sent Princess the information about SOBC via email and fax. I have called and chatted twice each. All I have been told is it is "in process". I repeatedly asked what the process is, what is the average time the process takes, and why can't anyone answer that. I have not received any letter in email or snail mail about this change. I am not happy with this change that appears to be for my cruises that I have already made all the final payments and/or booked in 2022. Hopefully, they will grandfather cruises already made and paid. It doesn't appear that way from the lack of response I have received from Princess Customer Service. I don't appreciate being lied to. If it was on hold due to a potential change of policy, then be honest. If I don't hear something pretty soon, perhaps an email to the CEO will be in order. This is no way to treat your shareholder.
  11. I don't have that info, but my husband and I are sick with a major sinus issue causing a horrible cough. The medical center has tested us twice in the past week and all are negative. It seems we must sound like we have it.
  12. We took the bullet train from Venice to Florence yesterday and had a dinner at a Tuscan restaurant. We did a walking tour this morning of Florence. We got to see the great statue of David by Michelangelo. I'm not sure how nudity is liked here. So, if you want to see pictures of David look us up on the ship. We saw lots of statues and churches and building architecture. The tour ended over a mile from our hotel and the guide bid her farewell. We were left in a square with high level shopping and a place for lunch. So, we had Lasagna to rest my aching feet. We did manage to find our way back to the hotel using google maps. We crashed for several hours. Tomorrow is a travel day to Rome. We can rest our feet for a day.
  13. We arrived in Venice this morning. Flight arrived about 40 minutes late due to fog. We are thrilled all of our luggage made it too. We are on a Princess land tour starting on the 20th. 2 days in Venice, 2 days in Florence, 2 days in Rome, and boarding the ship on the 26th. And will depart on December 2nd. We arrived 2 days early to try to get past jet lag. It seems I need it. I haven't gone outside except to board the hotel shuttle. It looks beautiful. So will venture out for fresh air if nothing else. Looking forward to meeting everyone and reading about your activities.
  14. Got an email from Princess. No more testing for Greece unless your cruise starts there.
