My hubby and I got email as well this am canceling trip.. 2nd cruise canceled by Celebrity we were on the Beyond May 2023. Here we go again.

Hi, I bid minimum amount May 11th for a 10 day cruise on The Constellation for May 15th. We moved from Aqua to a sky suite. My bid was accepted the 11th. I would do it again but wait till the end as price kept dropping.

Hi, my booking made in May2023 on the Constellation was canceled by Celebrity it was for Aqua. I rebooked on July7th for The Ascent for the same day - Aqua class. My agent was told they would not transfer the OBC as I was booking a different rate code. I assume my rate code for the Ascent is a group code because it is a1000.00 CDN cheaper than Celebrity Canada site. No OBC being offered with this rate. I called 1-844-418-6824 Celebrity Engagement Center. After an hour they admitted I should get at least the 100.00 per person as a future cruise credit plus a 100 for the Beyond cancellation. They said they would reach out to my Agent. Good luck.

Hi, I was booked on the Beyond for May 27, 2024. I booked this onboard The Constellation May 2023. I was advised today at 1pm my cruise has been canceled as Beyond will remain in the Caribbean. I have till July11th to pick another cruise at current prices. I will get a100.00 shipboard credit. If I do nothing my credit card will be refunded my deposit. Luckily I had no flights booked. Any excursions will be refunded along with any other dining choices. Disappointed to say the least we were looking forward to going to Istanbul on a newer ship. The cost of the 11 night cruise had increased about 3500.00 since booking Aqua. Not sure I will rush into anything else. 100 does not seem generous. We are on the Apex in October. I am retiring in February so maybe will start looking at other options.

Hi, we had an 1130am flight to Toronto and we used Celebrity transfer and we had lots of time.

I am going May 15th Constellation we are getting picked up in Venice by Celebrity returning to Marco Polo for a1pm flight home the day we disembark. Our Travel agent arranged it for us. There are 2 pickup locations in Venice I believe either Airport or in town. We were offered 2 different times for pick up as well .
