Husband had heavy head cold we had our own tests with us and reported results to medical centre.

We travelled from Copenhagen to London Heathrow to connect with Newcastle flight. Very long queues - no organisation - chaotic - First class or economy all in same 'queue" no fast track so give yourself plenty time to connect.

My husband and I who are both 4 times vaccinated and were super careful - both got covid on our June Cruise. He tested positive first so we were separated as I was negative (I was isolated in our original suite and he was moved to balcony cabin. following day I was positive. He was moved back to original cabin after 2 days. We were both handed 3 packets of a paracetemol tablet and one packet of night time flu and cold powder. I never heard from any medical staff for 3 days. After 6 days we received phone call to say we could leave cabin. No further tests were taken. When we left ship we were given letters stating we were covid free. This is my experience.

I hope you both recover soon. I was hospitalised with covid last October to get it again on my long awaited return to cruising was such a shock. I would not wish experience on anyone. I agree with everything you say. Please stay safe and quick recovery.

We saw nurse on day one who tested both of us and following day a different nurse handed m paracetemol. That was it. I don't change bedding or clean toilet I have help as I am stage 4 cancer patient.

My husband on day 5 had head cold. we both tested ourselves and reported to medical centre. I did not want crew or passengers to get ill from us. Food was always cold or tepid and every meal was missing something. Only 375 passengers on first cruise and 307 on second. We never saw Doctor only had phone call on day 3 after complaining.

I didnt expect to do this after paying over £10000 to say least I am disappointed this was my 11th cruise with Azamara. Have always been loyal but have seen big change on these last two cruises.

Just got off Quest 28th June. Booked Barcelona to Lisbon then stayed to Copenhagen. Both of us 4 vaccinated took 3 test prior leaving home and at port. Day day 5 of cruise Husband positive I was negative. We were separated - next day I was positive. Locked up for 6 days. Never saw Doctor. Had to clean cabin ourselves - change bedding and clean toilet. Was appalling. I could go on.....

Will be boarding Quest on Saturday. My thoughts and prayers with friends and family of passenger who fell overboard.

Try phoning tomorrow _ Saturday - half an hour before closing. This always works for me.

Can anyone advise if taxis are plentiful at port terminal Copenhagen or should I prebook. We will be first off . Any advice would be helpful.

Just received EMail from Dawn regarding Spa and Sanctum Perk. She informed me there have been no changes to Suite benefits. I take that as its still available for CC guests. Yipee

I am also looking into this. You can get tested at Barcelona Airport on arrival. However that facility closes at 7pm. (no good for me) Also we need test on Saturday morning. Most clinics closed so I will opt for Antigen Test at Cruise Terminal.
