  1. Thanks all I eventually found it. On the Onboard Services page I have the "Upgrade Now" button. In there is listed the premier as purchased but with a note saying the "New" items weren't included and to contact my TA. I sent that through to her and she was able to get it fixed up with Princess (she had called them a couple of times to confirm it was all upgraded to the new version, but I think having this "proof" was what she needed to get them to actually look at the booking) In the app my package page shows nothing - we don't sail till Sept and haven't paid the final yet so that may be a reason for that. Also once it was all updated I can see in the Travel Summary all the "New" items like "Premium Desserts (Unlimited)" which weren't there before
  2. My TA assures me that we have the new version, but we booked well before the new one was announced let alone available to book against. Is there anywhere on the booking that I can use to confirm the new version or do I just have to take their word for it?
  3. Ask over on the Australian and New Zealand Cruisers forum https://boards.cruisecritic.com.au/forum/564-australia-new-zealand-cruisers/ It is quite active currently. I don't think there are any shuttles currently, the terminal is quite out of the way and there is no public transport to/from.
  4. Everyone on board is being very respectful with regard to mask wearing, most people don't need to be asked/told
  5. I think they said it was full - there are a few empty staterooms on our floor. Yes there are announcements in the theatre to sip and cover, and people making sure you wash your hands before entering the buffet. No announcements about the number of cases on board. Announcements that they were following NSW Health directives re the RAT protocols, and so far Qld are not requiring us to get off in BNE then get back on for everyone that is doing the B2B.
  6. Yes we are, and everyone else we talk to onboard is as well. We think it is amusing all the media attention we are getting.
  7. On the Coral now, Channel Nine followed us to the Blue Mountains on our tour yesterday - I guess to get footage of the plague passengers spreading disease in the public. Not sure they would have got any footage to use, majority of the time we were wearing our masks and using sanitisers.
  8. Thanks heaps, i wonder (hope) it is just a case of trying to restart their supply chains and get some quality wines back on board. Have booked HAL for Christmas/New Year around NZ so hopefully they have it all sorted by then.
  9. Are there any changes to the wine/cocktail prices now that the premier beverage package is "live"?
  10. if it was that they wouldn't have split the 12 night NSW and Qld one into 2 as well - really looks like >7 nights is being blocked by govt or something
  11. Any updates to the COVID testing on B2B? Our 10 Jul - 12 night has been changed to 5 night then a 7 night, and want to get an idea on what if any testing we need to do for the changeover, our TA suggested we would need to do a test, but all accounts here suggest that isn't being forced.
