  1. We're cruising on Sky Princess on 20 August from Southampton. We understood Princess have relaxed the rules on antigen tests. My wife had a booster over 270 days ago so rang Princess UK to confirm no certificated antigen tests were required. She was advised to still take an antigen test and bring the negative certification to the port at embarcation. I don't think they know what they're doing. It's pretty shambolic all round.
  2. If Princess don't follow suit they will start losing business to these other companies. Travel is difficult enough currently without the added aggravation of finding a testing site before the cruise, particularly as Testing in the UK has been scaled right down. We've just booked another cruise with P&O even though our preferred cruise line is Princess.
  3. We requested ours on 1 June for our August cruise and received our $250 OBC on 29 June. Think Princess staff priority is getting cruises booked rather than dealing with customers who are already booked.
  4. 3rd request worked, got actioned at 0530 GMT so am assuming actioned in the US and first 2 requests disappeared into the Princess UK black hole. All sorted now.
  5. Understand where your coming from, I've been trying for a fortnight to contact Princess in the UK, just leave the call ringing listening to the repetitive messages but no one ever answers. So frustrating.
  6. Sent a third request to Princess for our shareholders credit. Maybe it will be third time lucky as I actually got an acknowledgement this time. Do they have any admin staff at Princess in the UK these days?
  7. Extremely poor performance by Princess post payment. In the UK I've tried to ring them without any joy about our booking and sent 3 requests in for shareholders credit without any luck. Okay they may be short staffed but no service like this is unacceptable. Didn't have this nonsense from Celebrity for our May Med cruise.
