I was able to verify as a spouse using ID.me. I just needed information about my spouses service dates and rank and was verified.

We called to pay for an upgrade to a two-bedroom Haven after final payment when the prices dropped and were able to request that they apply the military discount at that point as it had been left off of our initial reservation. I'm not sure if it would have worked to just ask for the discount if we hadn't been upgrading.

Thanks for this awesome review. It's getting me excited for our trip next month. One question, how strict were they with the Haven sundeck age limit on glacier Bay day? We're sailing with our 8 year old and want to know what to plan for.

This is not correct, ATL was the busiest airport in the world in 2022 (granted COVID impacted some of this but it also topped the list in 2019). That said I agree with what many said, 90 minutes would be my minimum for any international layover regardless of airport.

We used this service pre-covid and it worked great. We disembarked through the normal process and then they had a representative on the way out of the terminal. I believe we retrieved them in the airport, where we then checked them for our flight.
