  1. Can you show me the HDMI port setup on the back of the TV? I want to do this on our Symph sailing using my Roku... Thanks!👍
  2. Just another data point for you to consider... I just used AC750 on MSC Meraviglia... And Mera has a crappy WiFi speeds at 3D/1U on their 2.4GHz band... and the AC750 didn't impact those speeds at all. I still got 3D and 1U off of my AC750. MSC calls it their "Browse and Stream" WiFi package at $160 per person per day and NO DEVICE switching!!! I would actually call it their "Browse and SCREAM" package.... because it is soooooooooooooooo slooooooooooooooooow even without my AC750... 😭
  3. Just tested my AC750 while at home: Without AC750 (direct from home router) 250M down and 100M up With AC750 100M down and 100M up So at my home... I get a 60% hit on downloads but no apparent hit at all on upload speeds... Obviously, your mileage will vary... 🤷‍♂️
  4. Then here's hoping everyone else gets off so that you can have a relaxing day at the Bamboo pool all to yourself... 😉
  5. There are currently two ships (Celebrity Apex and Oceania) docked in Bermuda... but it looks like you guys are beelining towards Cape Canaveral... Are you guys going to Nassau tomorrow?
  6. I'm not quite sure how a new comer to an established market place, can have that attitude and expect to succeed... (unless they come in very cheap and try to undercut the competitors...) 🤷‍♂️
  7. Hi Jamie, what guidelines do MSC suggest for gratuities for your room steward/dining staff/others? Also, I know tipping is personal... but what do all you guys generally follow when tipping *above* the required gratuities as extras?
  8. Hi Jamie, Back to the question for WiFi access... How do they give you the sign-on code? Do they give you a slip of paper with all the codes (one per device purchased) listed? And I assume they will give this to you when you check-in at Brooklyn?
  9. Ahh good point! So we may not have to do this in Miami since it's our first port after leaving NYC... For you, I suppose you may not have to go through this again in NYC on Sunday morning? Saving a few minutes of your time...
  10. This, I did not expect at all... so thank you for the heads-up on this... We were planning to sleep in on our Miami arrival but I guess not... 🤷‍♂️
  11. There are two elevator stacks (Marked in RED)... one in the front and then the other one.... But it's hilarious MSC would call that an "Aft" elevator.... It's definitely more like a "Central" Elevator... with nothing in her back end... 😜 (Thanks for the steps... now I know our cabin will be about 80 steps from the "Central" elevators... 👍😁👍)
  12. Much Respect! 5k/3miles is my max range... 😥
  13. Yep! So the Overflow Parking lot is Full... 😉
  14. 3rd time??? how's that possible??? Is it always cheap to book the cruise the week before the marathon??? 😂😂😂 OK... so I feel a bit better about the Marathon traffic based on your note... 😉 But here's a fun fact... the drive from my hotel to the port is 11.5 miles.... less than half a marathon!!! But we ain't gonna be running there... 😜
  15. That's the good part!!! Now it's time to upgrade your Mimosa Blossoms to something stronger!!!
  16. That's good!!! Yeah, we actually have to do this in the morning so I dont foresee any roadblocks per se but hoping it's not backed up too much with race fan traffic...
  17. Looks like you guys are pulling away from Ocean Cay???🤷‍♂️ But yeah... tomorrow... looks like the winds will be howling as much as the wolves did in your Promenade.. so best to take safe harbor in Miami...
  18. What are your plans getting to the Port??? 🤔
  19. I don't need luck... but I will need more tacos and salsa... 😂
