  1. Thanks for your feedback I hope everyone has a great cruise no matter the line they choose. I have learned a valuable lesson today and will no longer share information on this site. I thought this site was a great place to get accurate accounts of peoples experiences on their cruise. I posted with only the intent to inform I did not start this thread only added on to the topic with my experience. I now question this forum since it seems to be a place for people to question and disagree and do a little name calling when negative comments on their favorite line are shared. I will get my information elsewhere if I cruise again. I was a newbie here never posted before and have not cruised in four years. I thought you leave a comment and move on. I wish MSC was as interactive on my issues maybe then they could make changes in the future. I cruised MSC before and had a great time but this was not their best showing and you can find many posts about it all over the internet, thousands of people were impacted.To all again have great cruises and thanks for all your input.
  2. Thanks for the response and I was only providing an opinion and hopefully helping some people out. I have pursued all options you listed and given them opportunity to answer to their issues. I am not looking for money or another cruise, I honestly was pursuing change on their side for future guests. Based on one of the responses here I will just let people figure it out for themselves going forward. You can’t educate ignorance sometimes I guess.
  3. To try and save others from the same fate I had. I will do everything in my power to try an cost them business since they completely ruined the vacations of so many this weekend. That is why! Why you have an issue with that!

  6. I just got off that boat good luck I hope things improve it was the worst cruise I have ever been on.
  7. I can not begin to describe how badly this cruise line is run. There is no excuse for treating people this way! I called four times while in line begging to reschedule and go home before getting on the ship after 5 hours. Two hours to disembark on the express departure! We had the drink package and over half the time the first and second beer I would request was not available. This happened at all the bars and it was just easier to ask what they had. The breakfast buffet was ridiculously crowded, over an hour long for a muffin. I expect crowds and lines at Disney, Universal, etc we go all the time but I have never experienced wait times like this on a cruise. The highlight was finally getting off the boat and to a place to eat. I talked with many people that bought the dining plan but could not get a reservation to use it. They are not prepared for 4000 people. I think 2000 people and the cruise would have been better but they are clearly understaffed, not trained, and have poor leadership. It took 30 minutes at the counter to get our key to the room. You can’t treat people like this, coast guard I am sure caused an issue but that was just a portion of the problem. We all deserve a full refund in my opinion it was not safe, people were getting angry. Heaven forbid they ever have an issue at sea. Avoid this cruise line if you can, you get what you pay for! We did like our cabin it was very nice. Crew seemed to do there best but it was just to much to ask for them to overcome.
