Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Hi. We are cruising on the Disney Dream out of Manhattan 10/31-11/4. Any insight to alcohol pricing on board? I’m assuming it’s standard pricing across the fleet.
  2. Hi all. First time Disney cruiser here. My family and I are sailing on the Dream out of Manhattan, 10/31-11/4 for their Halloween on the High Seas themed cruise. Any idea what the current rate for a domestic beer is? I did purchase the “souvenir mug” that allows for a 21oz draft at the 16oz price.
  3. Thank you so much!! Thank you so much!!!! This is so helpful.
  4. Hi all- We have our 1st Disney cruise booked for October aboard the Disney Dream to Bermuda. Our two boys will be 3 and 6 at this time and we are wondering how safe the Oceaneer Club is? If we leave or boys for a few hours to enjoy some adult time at the pool or a bar- how can they reach us if needed? Do we need to have wifi package? Any insight, advice, tips ect are greatly appreciated!
  5. njhorseman- We are planning to use the cruise terminal parking for our cruise in October of 2023. The only thing concerning is the the first come first serve policy. Does it often fill up? Any idea how likely it would be that we arrive and its full?
  6. Hi. I myself am looking for one- I have found two- Both pretty pricey- Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott North Bergen- The offer a sleep, park, cruise package- includes a shuttle. For our Oct 2023 date is was $500 for the night. There also is Hampton in the Ridgefield, NJ that offers the same kind of package, a little cheaper that the Fairfield at about $400. These are the only two I can find so far. More than we want to spend as we are only about a 2 hour drive from Manhattan in PA. Right now planning to just park at the cruise terminal. Hope this helps.
  7. Hi again all. Thanks for all the help. We are cruising 10/31 to 11/4 2023 from NYC to Bermuda on Disney Dream. The only other cruise my wife and I have been on was NCL for our Honeymoon back in August of 2016. From a pool/waterslide/water activity perspective- assuming it is cold by the end of Oct/early Nov- at what point during the cruise it is reasonable to assume taking part in those activities? Thanks!
  8. Hello all. My wife booked a Halloween on the High Seas Disney Cruise for October. I see that the Manhattan Cruise parking is first come first serve. How often does this fill? Is there a chance we won't find a spot? I am fine with the $45 a day to park for the convinence, I just do not want to arrive to a full lot.
