Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Cheer up, got good news for you. It is $4,000, not $10,400. 🙂
  2. Here is some info. https://www.princess.com/ships-and-experience/onboard-experience/activities/casino/princess-players-club-vip/ Hearts Welcome Aboard Party Dedicated Hearts Host Enjoy Priority Embarkation With Your Hearts Group Special Hearts Stateroom Amenities Commemorative Hearts Cruise Gift Ultimate Hearts Cruises
  3. I must say, if land casinos are any indicator, collecting points on FP is highly unusual. In fact, I have never experienced it myself. But regardless, it is great to hear. It'd also be great if those points were good for something, anything like a free voucher of $X in the gift shop or something. Because they are not, I don't even pay attention to them. Princess will send me their offers or not, whether I track some numbers I have no idea about.
  4. I got the "hearts" offer last week. The number I called was the same as the regular offer number. What I noticed though, the same offer gave me "Princess Standard" on some cruises (on top of everything else included in the offer), and "Princess Plus" on others. You will see that under "Your Fare Summary", "View applied promos" So keep that in mind if free PP is a factor for your decision-making when you pick your cruise.
  5. I play tables. "Offered" no, but anytime when I order a drink I would ask the "floor" person whether he/she would comp my drink, the answer was always Yes. It didn't matter how many drinks I had, they were always free. Me and a couple of playing buddies at my table ($25m/BJ) were also offered free specialty dining on my last cruise.
  6. I just received an offer for a prestige cruise. How was the casino, esp. BJ tables? Were they overcrowded or the same as any other trip? I just think with all the gamblers, and limited number of tables (been on 2 cruises so far, they each had only one 3/2BJ table), tables may be packed. Was that your experience on the prestige voyages?
  7. Just read the topic title, LOL. Princess: continuous shuffle machine, ...$25 min 3:2, not always manned. ...Also $6 min, and 6:5, always manned.
  8. You can pick the freeplay chips or slot credit for your casino credit comps. I heard that VIP and Ultimate VIP cruises have their casinos full all the time. Was that also your experience roxievegas and pootsien2? I would hate to wait for BlackJack tables to get empty as there are not many of them anyway. May I also ask that those "points" (7000, 5000 etc.) you talk about, are they redeemable to anything tangible or they are just to measure your play level?
