  1. I’ve carried wine onboard at port stops on many occasions. It’s never been taken off me. Just waved through by security.
  2. I was having the same issue as the OP. I emailed move up and they sent me a link to make a bid. The email address I used was celebritymoveup@celebrity.com
  3. There is no penalty. Simply cancel the order and you will be refunded.
  4. Yes you can! I have done it many times 😁 I cancel the upgrade on the website, and re-purchase.
  5. We had it on a recent sailing on Apex. We were in a Concierge cabin. When we purchased it, it was cheaper than buying the 2-device WiFi upgrade on its own. We took advantage of the free room service a few times; got priority disembarkation; the MDR lunch on embarkation day was included anyway for Concierge class. The big bonus for us was the reserved seating in the theatre. For all the shows we went to you would have struggled to get 2 seats together 15 mins before the show started. Having the reserved seats was great! They released them to non-premium pass customers 5 mins before the show started. Would I buy again? Yes. I have it booked for 2 upcoming cruises.
  6. Thanks. Those sailings weren’t showing on celebrity’s website (maybe because they’re sold out?) so I couldn’t check them. That’s strange that only a select number of cruises have had an itinerary change! The plot thickens….
  7. Not sure if you’re aware, but you can purchase items before your cruise (eg drinks/wifi/shore excursions) and pay with your OBC. You don’t need to wait until on board to spend it.
  8. Following. On the 6th Oct 2024 cruise. I just checked and all 2024 cruise itineraries have now been updated, with Hakodate and Aomori dropped. So far 2025 cruise itineraries are unchanged (though Celebrity may be going through the cruises in date order). We received an email on Thursday advising of change.
  9. Thanks both. My original flight from Southampton was cancelled and I’ve had to rebook from Heathrow 🥲 The flight is after 1pm (domestic flight) and I’m thinking about booking a private transfer. I looked at National Express but by the time I added on the extra luggage, and the fee to make it flexible, and the taxi to the coach station, the transfer isn’t much more. And a lot less stressful! I’m hoping to be picked up at 9am. Is this feasible??
  10. Hi - going on my first P&O cruise next year. Arriving back in Southampton on a Sunday in April 2025. What time can I expect disembarkation? I appreciate there might be delays, but on a regular day, is there a usual start and finish time?? I need to book onward travel hence the question. Thanks in advance 😊
  11. I’ve booked cruise only a couple of times, then added on premium drinks and wifi when on sale. Total price has been less or about the same as the all included price. I’m in UK also.
  12. In UK also reduced deposit and OBC.
  13. No cable or adapter needed. When you switch on the tv, one of the options is “streaming”. If you select this, you see a screen which tells you to go to a website on your phone (or tablet/laptop) and enter the code on the screen. Once you do this, you can stream from the device to your tv. Really easy 😊
  14. We were on Apex last week, and you can stream from your mobile to the tv. No need for cables. Worked for Android and iPhone. Allowed us to watch Netflix 😊
  15. If it helps, every time we sat down in a restaurant on our recent cruise we were asked if we had any allergies or dietary restrictions. I think this is new for Celebrity. And the menus are now marked with a symbol for vegetarian and gluten free - this is a definite change since last summer.
  16. There were 2 shows. We went to the later one which I think was at 10:30pm.
  17. Yes! Saw it last week. Another one worth queuing for to get a seat ☺️
  18. The production shows by the celebrity cast are all worth going to, and very popular. Go early to the theatre to guarantee a seat. And the shows in Eden by the cast are great too 😊
  19. I think we were on the same cruise. There is a separate vegetarian menu in the MDRs. You need to ask for it 😊
  20. Just off the Apex and, like all other Celebrity ships I’ve been on, there is a separate vegetarian menu each night. You need to ask your waiter for it. Vegetarian options on the main menu are now labelled (yay!) and in the buffet there is a LOT of choice. You will not go hungry 😃
  21. Just off Apex where the theatre shows were at 7:30 and 9:30 nightly. We usually went to the 1st show and booked a table at 8:30pm. If we didn’t manage to book in advance we just waited for a table (no more than a 10 min wait).
