Thank you!

I'm unable to log into Carnival's site today. Is anyone else having issues?

Glad to hear it worked out!

The filet mignon, grilled prawns and carbonaro are all great.

I noticed that they now are asking if you have had boosters. Does anyone know why they are asking about boosters? According to Royal Caribbean’s web site boosters are not required.

It has to be the same “type” of offer. Example being “Jackpot Deal” or “Hot Streak Bonus”. My husband had a free suite, $1000 fun play, and free drinks anywhere on the ship as a Jackpot deal. We booked it, and then I called the casino line and they added my perks on.
My Jackpot deal has DOU in the Casino and $1000 fun play. But it does have to be the same type of deal. I had another type of promotion with free drinks everywhere but it wasn’t the same type of promo, so I was told no.
Thanks! Did you also get your free play?

Have your husband book and get the free drinks everywhere. You will get the DOU card in the casino. Just take a copy of your offer and show the casino host.
Edit: Just wanted to add that you need to make sure it's a cruise you BOTH get the offer for. If he books one that you don't have the offer for you won't get it.
Thank you. The offers are both online offers (same cruise). Can I just print out the offer for proof? -
My husband and I have separate offers for free cruises. Both offers include free drinks for one person (mine is in the casino only, his is anywhere on the ship). I called to see if I booked one room if We could both still get our free drinks offers. I was told no. I was told I’d have to book 2 rooms. Does anyone know if this is correct?
thanks.

We’ve used the Binax now tests for 6 trips. We did have one kit that was missing a swab. We had extras so it was not a problem. EMed is replacing the defective kit. Other than that the home eMed testing has been very convenient and easy to do!
-
Cvs sends an email to you with the results as does eMed. I’ve used both successfully for cruising. I personally find eMed easier as I can do the test at home.

We needed to link 3 reservations for dining. One person from each reservation had to call Royal and state that they wanted to dine with the other 2 parties.

You don't have to make an appointment. As the previous poster mentioned, you go to the app/website in your browser and choose that you are ready to test (and that you have a test) and follow the prompts from there.

I was able to successfully upload my COVID test results. The error that I received was that there was a problem with the time on the test results. My test results from eMed showed the time in UTC. The app looks for the time in am/pm format. I checked the NAVICA app and the test results also appear there. Those results show the time in am/pm format. Verifly approved the test results within an hour after I uploaded the NAVICA test results.

I had problems today as well. It would not accept the QR code either.

For anyone who has sailed recently on Explorer of the Seas - do you recall what time the cabins were available? Also, any show or music performance recommendations?
Thanks!

Miami Vice or a Lemondrop martini.

Thanks. The only reason I asked as I always understood if you had MTD or TD you couldn't swich once onboard.
We switched from early dining to my time dining onboard during our January, 2022 cruise on Independence of the Seas. It was very simple to make the change once we were onboard.

I ordered the Emed tests package of 6 on Sunday. Yesterday I got a confirmation that they were shipped and I received them today. That was great service.
Now the question the carboard shipping box has an eMed label, separate from the shipping label, with a large QR code it says:
scan QR code to start testing or visit eMed.com
ID# a-berdbnf-erf-aaa-aad (not real number)
Can I open the carboard shipping box to make sure I have received the 6 tests. I don't plan on opening a test until I need to use one which would be later this month. I would just like to check the contents and the expiration date. Also the box has some loose stuff rattling around in it is that unusual?
Thanks
You can open the outer shipping box. You cannot open the test boxes until instructed to do so by a proctor while taking the test(s).

I opened an account to purchase test (haven't yet) with emed so the password won't be the one I selected?...This is so confusing...why can't it be easier !!! Also concerned how to do all this with an iPhone.
You create one account with emed to purchase tests.
When you take the tests, each person will need an individual NAVICA account to take the test (exception is for young children - I believe they use their parent’s account). Create the NAVICA accounts prior to testing.
To open and print your emailed test results from NAVICA you need to use their default password which is your birth date (mmddyyyy format).

As long as you have the reservations linked and have added the other reservations onto your app you can check everyone in your group in.
I think I used link a missing reservation to add the other reservation to my app.

When in the middle of the test when using your phone & the proctor is watching the test does the screen stay on the whole time?
Yes. FYI- You will see the countdown timer on the screen.
How long does it take for your PVP to get back to you?

I've been trying to reach my PVP but can't seem to reach him. How long does it usually take for your PVP to respond to your calls/texts?
