  1. I will believe it when the eye sail away. The question is how long do the passengers wait until they ask for a refund or prorated trip? Then the line will say they don't have enough passengers and/or money to make the venture profitable. Oy vey.
  2. Wow. That is some time slip from original sail date. I would be chewing my fingernails were I a potential passenger. This does not bode well.
  3. Very worrisome. It appears from the repeated mechanical failures that they have chosen a ship that is old (1993) and not sea worthy. I would love to know what is happening to the paying passengers
  4. Oh good grief. Those poor people.
  5. So, Cruise tracker still has the ship in Belfast, where she was undergoing drydock repairs. Hmmm....
  6. They are due to sail in June 21. Wonder if they will make it?
  7. I really want to believe this ship will sail, but these delays are troubling.
  8. That is tomorrow. Are there any people actually sailing on this ship on this forum. I would love to hear from them.
  9. Are they actually ready to set sail May 30, 2024? Or will there be another postponement?
  10. HS is good, but not great. I prefer gelato anyway.
  11. My sister and I are end of August for over 20 days. Fingers crossed.
  12. I will believe it when it sails away. The delays are troubling. After the last residence ship disaster, I would be very wary.
  13. You are right. I should have looked. However, it was via O through a TA who knew my medical requirements. I was too trusting in this instance.
  14. I expect this to go the way of Life at Sea, which oficially folded today leaving so many out of money and some stranded in Istanbul after selling everything to move to this non-existent ship.
  15. Reformers take up space and they are not very popular when you consider how many more folks will use a treadmill for instance. I adore Pilates, but you don't need a reformer to do it. Wish they had some classes, which alas, they do not.
  16. I will NEVER fly Icelandic air again and yes through O. I paid exstraa for business/first class as I have a problem with the circulation in my legs and wanted to lie flat/feet up. Icelandic air has a first class that has slightly larger seats (wide), but they do not lie flat! I am a thin short woman. My feet dangleed for the entire transcontinental slight to Seattle and my feet/legs looked like two watermelons at the end. Will never happen again.
  17. I have been following this and it has all the earmarks of a scam. No reputable company has no voice mail, cannot be reached etc.
  18. I have only traveled on a 20 day cruise with Oceania. Adored the food. I was on Riviera for a 20 day British Isles cruise. Every day was a culinary adventure. I gained 8.2 lbs!
