I wrote to the Brazilian consulate in Miami.
Below is their response from earlier today:
”Dear ,
In case you leave the ship and go through Brazilian Immigration to enter the country, YOU WILL NEED A VISA AFTER APRIL 10. If you just stay on the ship you do not need a visa.
