We will be on the Enchanted in April and was reading a review which mentioned Medallion holders from Amazon, so I took a look. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried the one for the cell phone? Stick on the cell phone cover. If so, was wondering if there was any interference between the phone and the medallion? You know like when your key fob is near your cell phone the car door may not open. I always have my cell phone with me for pictures and with wifi, we will be able to communicate on board, so thought this may be a good way to carry the medallion and not have to wear a watch. Of course, this depends on the reliability. I looked at reviews on Amazon, but they didn't really talk about how they worked onboard.

Years ago, we traveled on the NCL Epic and we frequented Fat Cats Jazz and Blues Club where we saw Slam Allen and really enjoyed the entertainment. We have never been able to find a hangout spot quite like that again, more than a dozen cruises on various cruise lines. We are wondering what Take 5 is like on the Enchanted, can anyone help?

That's great to know as we have an early flight out when we cruise. Our flight is 957 am. Hopefully things will go as smoothly for us.

Some of my cruises I get 2 cruise credits for, others only 1. I have done a 12 day Med and only got 1 credit, did 3 7 days and got 2 credits, does anyone know how this is determined? Does a balcony count as more than an inside?

So well stated. Thank you. I agree with all the above. We are Platinum, just 2 or 3 away from Elite. We have traveled RCL(5), NCL(4), CCL(2), Celebrity (1), Holland (1), MSC(1). Princess is by far our favorite and at this point, less likely to cruise on any other cruise line. Might as well maximize the perks of Princess. We are looking forward to the Sun and Star.

I have a plastic waterproof bag for phone, cards, money. When I travel with others, we are usually all in the water at the same time.

Thanks to all for your input. We are a group of 7, but all move well and have walked off several cruise ships together. So, in that regard, we are all good with the pace. We are ok accepting the risk. Really wanted to know if people who have done it recently could imagine the logistics of it all. We are taking a chance, but if it doesn't work out, we are ok, we will have a plan B and C, but wanted to know if plan A was plausible. Will let you all know how we make out.

Hi Anyone who can offer any information - We are a party of 7, possibly 9, traveling Enchanted Princess 4/20-4/27. There is only 1 direct flight leaving FLL to our area and it leaves at 9.57 am. We are doing walk-off with carry on bags, so when we get to airport all we would have to do is go thru security. We would be flying Jetblue and would get Blue Extra for priority security (provided FLL offers). Are we crazy to even attempt this? Anyone have any thoughts?

Unclear on what you are asking. I have never canceled a cruise, but I have filled out the paperwork for several people who have canceled vacations. If you have a medical reason that is covered, that is likely the best way to go as you will get most of your money back. If you cancel for any reason I believe you only get 75% back.

This is exactly my favorite drink, hard to mess up! We frequent Crooner's and really enjoy it there. If I do have a drink will try a Lemon Drop, but do not always enjoy it especially if they use sour mix to make it, so often stick with Ketel One or glass of wine. Years ago, Princess made a great rimmed Bloody Mary, but haven't been able to have that replicated unfortunately.

Not drunks, but enjoy a drink in my cabin once in a while without having to go and get it. We have used the flask bags in the past without any problems. Brought Chivas and Ketel One.

Ah, I forget we are Elite so we will board sooner. One more question...can you book Sanctuary for another cabin or just your cabin? I would imagine just my cabin, but one can be hopeful.

Wondering if anyone has some info... We have a row of balconies and wonder if the partitions in between balconies can be removed or opened? We did this a few years ago on the Caribbean Princess and it was nice. We would like to book Sanctuary on sailing days, my understanding is this is done on a first come first save basis as soon as you board, can anyone confirm? We sailed NCL this year and thought that was the case but later found out we could have done it prior to sailing so just want to confirm. How is the music in Take Five? We enjoy jazz and would like to try and just wondering if anyone can comment. Does anyone know if you can get a coffee maker in your room? Was told by Costco travel agent that casual dining includes poolside pizza and grill, I think this is incorrect? We are Princess plus and understand this now includes 2 casual dining meals. I would think this pertains to Gigi, Alfredo's, O'Malley's etc. I have read this, but would like to confirm with people who have experienced this. Any help with any of the above would be appreciated! When I put all the information in, button said addons when I clicked that there was a message that said the price of the cruise was $620 less. I really didn't believe it at first so I called Princess and the club and they said it was legitimate. I then had the representative make the change as we had a cluster of rooms we wanted to keep, so the club rep spoke with the Princess rep and made it all possible. We are 9 people with 8 rooms and we all got the deal. The double was an equally good deal. However, they are all inside cabins. The balconies are equivalent to the price on what I think may be the 3 day deal people are speaking of here.

Compares Princess to the club price with the Princess plus package. Basically I get the equivalent room and Princess Plus as compared to Princess pricing with a $300 obc and a $45 digital gift card to the wholesale club. So the club price is $620 less for the same room with princess plus and $300obc and gift card. Hope that makes sense.
