  1. For your Uber driver to wait, the parking garage at that Publix is free as is the Whole Foods, you will just need to get the parking ticket validated inside when you purchase your wine at Whole Foods.

The parking garage for that Publix is located on the side of Publix on NE 17th Terrace.

The parking garage for Whole Foods is located in the back of the store on SE 2nd.

Both of those store have great wine selections. If you go to that Publix, walk inside and it’s all the way to the left in the front of the store by the pharmacy. If you go to Total Wine, it’s in the back corner by the prepared foods, past the seafood and butcher departments.

Wine prices are about the same at both stores but Publix will sometimes have specials or even a Buy One Get One going on a few wines. That Publix can have longer lines depending on the day and time.

I will tell you that having them wait more than the 3 minutes may cause your rating to go down. Uber is working on raising the wait time to way more per minute, it just hasn’t reached Miami yet.

Thank you so much for the information.

I figure I will offer the Uber driver the amount to wait for us that I would pay for another

Uber to take us to the port and he/she can let me know if they will wait or I get another Uber. Since we need

an XL it should be around $15-$20 for the second Uber. I don't want to deal with luggage (4 adults) twice.

  2. On the Social Wi-Fi Plan ($5 USD per day)...does this mean I can purchase for just one

day? All I need to do is check in and print my SW boarding passes on the last day.

I don't have a smart phone...I just have a cheap prepaid phone so using my phone for this is not going to work.

Everything seemed to be open in Old San Juan and couldn't really even notice a hurricane had hit unless you looked for tree damage in some of the parks or roofs of the homes on the water between the Forts.

    Buildings we're decorated for Christmas.

Do you remember the tour operator and would you recommend them?

I would like to know this also. Where did the tour take you? We are thinking of doing the walking tour but I don't think the trolleys are running yet.

  4. I believe there is an airport check in computer in the internet cafe, could be wrong put remember seeing a screen with the airline logos. Why not just check in on your smart phone when you get signal.

Thank you. I don't have a smart phone....I'm old school and have a prepaid phone. I will see if I can find out

more information on the airport check in computer you mentioned.

  5. YaY!! Awesome, be sure to come back and let us know what cabana you had and where you buried your treasure(s)!!!

I sure will....:D The other couple, my son and his girlfriend...she is going to be a teacher so maybe

she will do something for a child :D

  6. I cruise in January and I booked in July. FTTF has been sold out since I booked. I have been checking

each morning before I go to work....I check a few times during the day...I check when I get home

after work and then again before I go to bed!!! Finally paid off this weekend. My son got his Friday night

and I got mine this morning. They go very fast. Good luck!

  7. Will be on Carnival Glory the first week in January and looking for a beach....

We dock at 10am and one other ship Norwegian Escape will already be there (8am). No other

ships at this dock. I don't know about the other dock(s). Thinking of Coki since we have not been

to this beach yet. Have been to Magan's and Sapphire. Will Coki be too crowded by this time? Also,

is the "vibe" at Coki pushy as in vendors trying to sell you something constantly? Please elaborate...
