This booking was originally done through Royal's group department. The person organizing the cruise has since moved the group to a TA. I will figure it out from there. Thank you for your response.

I am currently in a "group" booking. Trying to make payments requires me to call the group department and the wait time is 45+ minutes. Left my number for them to call back and have not been called yet. When I do talk to them, does anyone know if I can keep my current reservation but leave the group? The group is not providing any perks so I'm not worried about that. I would like to get full control of my reservation back. Thanks!

I'm happy to hear you liked the Riverside Hotel. We booked it for our upcoming Beyond cruise in May and then came across your review. Will you do a review of the Beyond? I would be interested to see what you think of it. It will be our first trip on Celebrity.

You won't have to go to the international terminal at O'Hare for the outbound flight so it should just be a quick gate change in Chicago. We are going on Beyond in May and I am looking forward to your adventure!

Thank you all for your replies. We will be on Harmony. I think I will keep what we have and see if the concierge can switch our time. If it cannot be changed, we may opt for a lunch on a sea day.

It isn't available on any day which is why I grabbed a 5:30. We will keep it and see if we can change it on boarding day if the concierge isn't able to help us.

We are sailing in a GS in August and have preemptively made our Hibachi reservation. Will the Concierge be able to change the date/time for us? Ideally looking for a slot in the 7:00 hour, not at 5:30 which we currently have. Thanks for your help.

We have 2 GS booked for a cruise in August that came with $300 OBC each. Can I combine the $600 toward a cabana at the water park in Coco Cay? If yes, I assume I would need to call to have that done? I can't seem to combine it myself. Thanks very much.

Just looked at the available reservations for Hibachi on our cruise in August. Times are showing in the 5 o'clock hour and 9 o'clock hour. Do you think I should grab one of the later 5 o'clock times and get reimbursed once on board to guarantee a spot. Have not had the UDP so unclear exactly how it works, especially with Hibachi. We are a party of 4 if that matters. Thanks.

I cancelled and rebooked a a few things on November 23. The credits hit overnight. And...they gave me $18 more than what I should have received!

We were recently on Symphony and my son couldn't make the trip. It was too late to cancel his off the reservation so we had him be a "no show". I expected to get only taxes and port fees refunded. Yesterday we got a credit for his whole fare! I'll take it. Is this normal?
