  1. HA HA, lvi, there is always a bird!!! So enjoying your post, we will be on Pursuit May 31st in Barcelona. Will you be on that cruise, are you B2B? I might consider doing a "live from" post also as a first time Azamara cruiser.

  3. IF you would not mind, I would like to know if they are selling Spa Terrace passes for non suite people. This has been a big issue of debate recently. How many people are on your cruise? Your picture leaving Athens is breathtaking. Thank you for posting... Have a fabulous time!!
  4. As I mentioned before, I did my check-in, and I have my boarding pass, but still do not have Luggage tags or "cruise documents" to print. Curious, what are the "Cruise documents"? We are 15 dalys now from the cruise on Pursuit.
  5. The Cruise Critic link for Meet & Mingle says that Azamara has suspended registration for Meet & Mingle on their website. We are going on Pursuit, May 31st and we were able to register on the Azamara Website and received a confirmation email.

  7. I called yesterday too and got through in about 10 minutes. Not bad. I'm still waiting for someone on the Pursuit to maybe post on here. I wanted some clarification on the use of the Spa Terrace & T Pool. Are they selling passes or not? Can you use the Spa Terrace on a Day where you scheduled a Spa Treatment? Did they take away use of this for the Continental Spa Suites? I asked the person in customer service and he had no idea about any changes to this Spa Perk for CC Suites.
  8. I decided to trying calling Customer Service today. It wasn't bad, I got through after holding about 10 minutes. I told the rep (Ryan) that we had completed our online check-in and printed our boarding passes, but we still have no luggage tags (it says "processing" on the website) and no cruise documents to print. He said some people have them, some don't, just keep checking.... Then I asked him about the Club Continental Suite Perk to use the Spa Terrace and T-pool. He knew "Nothing" about any changes to this, has no idea. Well, that call was a complete waste of time. LOL I guess I won't know about this for sure until on the ship.
  9. I did online check-in about 10 days ago and have printed my boarding pass. However, I am still unable to print my luggage tags. Anyone know why this would be, it says that they are "processing". It's not a big deal, I know I can just get tags at the port.
  10. Can anyone on board now confirm what the situation is with use of the Spa Terrace/ T-Pool? I'm specifically interested in what the policy is on the Pursuit at this time. Did the Club Cont. Suite guests lose this perk? Are people able to use the Terrace after having a treatment? Are they selling passes?
  11. I'm going on the Pursuit in a few weeks. I know that the CC Suite includes the 4 bottles of Liquor, but I'm curious about the soft drinks and mixers in the fridge. We only like diet soft drinks, do they have Diet Coke and 7-up/sprite? How about Cranberry Juice? Are there any included beers or wines in the room fridge? I know you can switch thing out if you don't like what's in there, but I'd just like to have a better idea of what's available.

  15. I will definitely be vocal about my disappointment. There are probably going to be a BUNCH of people in the CC Suites that are very disappointed with this and won't find out until on the ship. It doesn't seem that too many Azamara customers are on Cruise Critic. My husband has spinal arthritis and I was really looking forward to the T-pool. At least we will have the hot tubs...
  16. I'm pretty disappointed to read this. When my husband first booked our cruise on the Pursuit for 5/31, he wanted to get a Spa Suite, but they were sold out. So, we booked the Club Continental Suite which included the access to the T-pool and Spa Deck. Now, just weeks before the cruise, I read that this is no longer included. It was included in the advertising when we booked and was definitely a big part of our decision to pay the extra $$$ for a suite. This is definitely putting a damper on my excitement about our first Azamara cruise, and I don't think it's fair for Azamara to just take it away so abruptly. I could see making the change moving forward, but not on cruises already paid in full.
