The showers not private but there are separate areas to change and shower for men and women aren't there ?

Has anyone booked the thermal spa on any of the ships ? I am thinking about it on a 22 day voyage . Thoughts ? Experiences ? Thank You for your patience .

Are there any solo events on HAL ? 20 years ago I remember only one and the other three people knew each other so I never stayed . I met a lot of great people though from here and had a great time and great table mates . Loved the cruise and looking forward to going again !

In my recent experience they contacted me with the driver's name and contact . He never showed up and I missed the voyage . Silversea D2D luxury became " Down the Drain with Blacklane " . I'm getting reimbursed for incidentals but the chauffeur not showing up was not a "covered" reason to collect anything on my policy . I will always book cancel for any reason now . Live and Learn .The driver and Blacklane partner were terminated btw.

A question for Mary ...when you mentioned that the Santiago hotel served breakfast and had the room ready the day of arrival was that a HAL hotel or any hotel in Santiago ? It's a long way away so not sure if I will book HAL hotel or my own ...have been doing my own on my latest travels. Thank You

I called about Club Orange today and the HAL cruise consultant said I would need to book the cruise first to see if it was available . My main interest is the priority embarkation and disembarkation that comes with it . I am not sure why they don't know the status of that before booking ...I would hate to book and then cancel ...

This was years ago . I was just going to get a hotel independent...the package was a long time ago.

I just looked it is a Friday that the ship departs .I would probably just get the private transfer ...do you get an embarkation time on your booking ? I got the HAL package before so don't remember when we went.

Can you request Club Orange now for a January 2026 booking ? Or is it wait-list?

Okay let me see ...What time is embarkation on Hal ? I would want to get there early . Arrange the driver in plenty of time to allow for any delays or something unexpected .

Oops..it IS San Antonio ..is that Santiago or close to Santiago ???

Will see how I can navigate this as a solo. I would probably rather go on to Valparaiso the day before and not take a chance the day of the embarkation that something could happen with my ride. Will speak with MasterCard Travel as they can help arrange this . Will know what I can do though before I book anything .

Called the advisor at HAL about the 2026 South America / Antarctica voyage for early January . I was surprised to learn that at this time the pre and post hotels and transfers are already waitlisted . She has put me on a waitlist for that so I could get what I wanted . Looking around though at other choices . I was surprised this far out though ..really popular .. I did this same one 20 years ago on Amsterdam and loved it !

Another question please ..is Britannia Club worth the upcharge or just stick to balcony ? This is just 18 days ....???? Thank You all very much for your patiencewith my questions .

Probably just take the tux with 2 different sets of studs and ties and no cummerbund . I would wear a jacket the other nights to be in keeping with the elegance it deserves . Am hoping when my caregiving days are over to do World voyages and will go Princess Grill then . I'm allowed 2 checked bags so no problem to pack my tux . I always wore it on QE2. Looking at 18 day roundtrip NYC . :}

Would probably wear a jacket in the evenings then . The dark suit jacket could also be worn with other shirts other nights . Would probably be in Britannia Club or Britannia on a shorter 2 week . Had worn a tux before but easier to pack the dark suit and versatile to wear
