Milaandra, your dresses are beautiful! Very good advice in the post above.
My arms are reminiscent of cottage cheese so I bought one of those bolero things to go with my dresses. I intend to lose 20 pounds before my cruise, and if by some miracle my arms improve enough I may risk a shawl with my formal gown instead of the bolero.

Cristallo, that is a very pretty dress, and what a bargain. We don't have Ross here in Canada.
The black cocktail dress I am taking I got on Ebay for $20. Love a good bargain. I will have to take a picture and post it.

I totally agree! Love that dress!
I just ordered this dress yesterday, even though we don't cruise until next September. I wanted to order it before they sell out of my size, as they often do on Igigi.com. Check their sale dept. too, they have some gowns marked down. http://www.igigi.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/694x901/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/e/s/estrella-front1-1.jpg
I got one of their little bolero things to go with it. I can wear it with my other black cocktail dress I am taking too. Now just to find some striking jewellry. I can't believe I have my dresses already. I agonized for months last cruise. I am tall, so it is hard finding gowns that are long enough.

I am really enjoying your trip report and pictures. Sounds like you really know how to party!

Mikey, I am really enjoying your epic trip report. It is awesome! Love your pics too! I don't think we have ever had a trip report of so many B2B cruises.
Your wife looks a lot like her mother.

Prairie Gal,
Could you advise........what is just below 4232 on the Miracle ? Deck plan seems to show that there is a walking promenade on 3rd deck. If so, is balcony open to public looking up ? (as 6th floor is from lanai on Dream).
Also, do you get enough sun during the day with the overhang ?
Thanks.
As Mr. Pete said, you can't see them and they can't see you. I think if you were standing right along the rail then the balconies above you could look down and see you if they were also standing at their rail.
You kind of get a mixture of sun and shade on that balcony. The best of both worlds. Along the rail it is sunny, and further back it is shady. Some of the other decks are all sun, and people have complained that it is too hot to sit out. The other good thing is that you have shelter if it is raining.

I have some dresses I would like to pass on to someone who needs them. You can email me at jlgund at hotmail.com if you are interested. I live in Canada, and the mail to the U.S. is slow, so it would probably be best for people cruising at least one or two months in the future.
The first one is made by Betsy & Adam, new with tags, size 20W. I am 5'10" and this was way to short for me, probably would be good for someone around 5'6".
This one is cocktail length, made from a sparkly, stretchy material. It is size 3X, but fits about like a 20W, and is new with tags.
This one is a size 20. The bodice is velvet. It comes with a matching shawl. This is too short for me too, but not as bad as the first one.
The last one is size 22. The bodice and matching jacket are stretch velvet. The underlay of the skirt is a beautiful deep red, and the overlay is black with a flower pattern. You guessed it, too short (I give up)!
Just an update. I only have the last dress remaining, the others have all been spoken for.

Robocop, it is still available. Shoot me an email with your name & address to jlgund at hotmail.com. (use the @ sign and leave out the spaces)
