    A taxi would be 55-60 euros for a 45 minute ride to the airport. George's price of 250 euros for 3 1/2 hours is more than fair and it would make for a lovely tour. This is the perfect setup to see Sounio. You will not regret it.

    You could be at a "bite the bullet" situation. While you check on bus and train schedules, also email tour companies and get a quote on a private tour. Check out Rome-inLimo or one of the frequently mentioned companies. Go directly to the company, not to a consolidator. A private tour may be the only way to accomplish your plans for Florence and give you a decent amount of time there.

    Depending on your itinerary, you might be better off taking a taxi between points. But, second the recommendation for George's or PK.

    You will be driving along the beaches. Lake Vougliameni is along the way and it is worth a couple of pictures. Don't overpack the trip. Enjoy the drive and save time for an early lunch before arriving at the airport.

    This is the perfect time to go to Sounio. The timing works out great. The only thing you will be missing is the sunset, but the setting is beautiful at any time. We have used George's Taxi many times over the years and can highly recommend them. https://www.georgestaxi.com/

    Restaurants in highly touristy areas are interested in giving you a tasty meal AND in turning over the tables. Pick a nice outdoor taverna, enjoy the ambiance. You will get served quickly and be on your way.

    Why don't you visit Avignon or Les Baux or Arles? You have already been to Aix and Cassis is just a little town without the star power of those others.

    The Excelsior is too far from all the main attractions. See if you can use your points in the Pantheon Iconic which is in a perfect location.

    It's basic, but it would satisfy most people. For myself, I would skip the winery and spend less time in Fira, and go to Akrotiri instead.

    Good plan. Check this board for recommendations. There are many good choices. Do stay in central Athens, near or in Plaka.

    You can walk. The route to the Colosseum is mostly on twisty narrow streets with LOTS of traffic. If you change your mind, a taxi is 10-12 euros.

    Could you change the timing of the catamaran to a later time? In that way you could take an early ship's tour starting at the ferry port, take a taxi to catamaran port (Vlyhada?), and get dropped off at the tender port at the end. I know there are lots of ifs and wishful thinking, but maybe you can make it work.
