  1. The website in the app have been broken all day. The porters at the pier will write out luggage tags for you if you can’t print them out. You need your passport, your original vaccination card, your credit card, and everything else can be handled at the pier.
  2. As I commented, the two issues of Vaccination and Testing got muddled by upwarduk.
  3. This was in the USA Today. I’m a little skeptical but I hope they are successful
  4. Canada may ( or may not ) be changing soon. https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2882504-canada-dropping-vaccine-requirements/
  5. Don’t mix up VACCINATION requirements and TESTING requirements.
  6. Maybe but there’s a current thread about website problems going on today
  7. Pretty much. You need to look at specific cruises to see what is required for each location.
  8. All spelled out on Celebrity website … Have a look there and come back here if you have further questions
  9. What stops are on your transatlantic itinerary?
  10. Be mindful of Cruise Critic rules…..
  11. IItineraries change and there is no compensation 98% of the time. Don’t look for any here.
  12. Fwiw other itineraries are arranged differently, with Portland first. Passengers on the 3 October cruise will be going through C&I in Boston
  13. Google can or it’s all spelled out on the Celebrity website 😀
  14. If the new deployment hasn’t yet been announced when you are on board, you can lock in the benefits while you wait for the new schedule to be released.
  15. It is a shame that there is no consistency. The website FAQ actually has two listings, when one would do. One is “what not to pack “and the other is “prohibited items”. The e-docs have a different list. The confusion is frustrating and unnecessary.
  16. Things are changing so quickly and now I am thoroughly confused. Anyone else back to back on these two cruises who can help pick through the various rules and regulations? I would normally look to the Roll Call but this is specific only to B2B passengers. Interested in regulations for vaccinated passengers only. cruise 1 visits Canada. Departs Monday 3 October. arriveCan is required pre-cruise, yes? what days are acceptable for testing for this initial embarkation? proctored or unproctored? types of test accepted? cruise 2 visits Bermuda on 17 October. will Celebrity be providing tests for B2B passengers during cruise 1? Bermuda fee required, yes? I know this is an extremely fluid situation but if I know what is required today maybe I can keep track of changes in a more organized fashion. Right now it just seems chaotic to me.🤪
  17. Here’s something I have never understood. it’s well known that devices with surge protection are fire hazards so why, since Celebrity has TWO separate sections in the FAQ regarding “prohibited items” and “what not to bring” why is there no mention of surge suppressors? and why is the fire danger not spelled out clearly on one’s booking confirmation?
  18. Ok, this is new, at least to me. Fill out a survey and get 20 power up Points = 2 Captain’s Club points. No sailing required. This came via email.
