    @tere247 in December we did ask about the charge being refunded and in February assumed and was also refunded, as OBC each. We purchased the Plus package directly Guest Services

    @startedwithamouse We had medallion shipped and were given the $10 refund as OBC both December and February on Discovery. Curiouser and curiouser to be told different things.
