    @Hobbes67 our experience on this same voyage was also plagued with disappointments. We are 🤞🏻 looking forward to replacing this memory with a Princess Proud experience soon! So sorry you were both sick and hope fully recovered.

    Yes Princess Cruises has changed their system. Once you pay deposit, the CVP is not able to manage your booking. You can transfer booking to a TA but not to a CVP. You can place a hold and then have CVP take your deposit and help you with booking. 🤔

    Just returned from Royal Princess where there were announcements made for two days prior to casino closing. So my previous experiences this year, no longer reflect current experience.

    Perhaps we have different ship experiences? In 2023 we have sailed on Ruby Princess, Emerald Princess, Royal Princess and twice on Discovery Princess and did not receive any notice in the casino or on cabin phone message. We have three more cruises this year and will report back.
