According to your signature, you only have 5 cruises on Carnival? Curious how you got to 75 days?

 

And technically, you don't need to count by the days until 2014. You have until 12/31/13 to count 10 cruises.

 

But to answer your question, check your documents - they will show your status for that cruise.

I counted seven, but there were several long ones in Europe. Also, I have one in January and one in February.

Just wanted to clear that up.

I sailed on the "Love Boat", Pacific Princess, for my second cruise in 1999. I had sailed on Enchantment of the Seas earlier that year for my first. I used to watch the Love Boat all the time and it was interesting to see all the places on the ship I had seen so many times on the TV show. There was no outdoor pool.

The last day of my cruise will be my 75th day sailing. Will I turn Platinum on that day or do you have to complete the 75th day before turning Platinum?

Was there a cost for a behind the scenes tour?

On the Liberty, we took our kids to the aft pool during a rain storm (also our HMC port day :( ) and there were lots of other families there. So kids may be allowed when weather is bad. Just hoping for all nice days on the Breeze :)

The aft pool on Breeze is not adults only. The Serenity area is adults only, there is no pool there. It's near the water works at the front of the ship.

Also, do you take a cab back to the port?

I used it several years ago, but I can't remember.

Also, can't remember the beach that we went to, my daughter seems to think it was near a Holiday Inn. We loved it!!

I guess I will see you again. We booked the cruise this morning. This time I am leaving Donnie home and traveling with my girlfriend. Donnie is glad to get rid of me for a while.
