I know when I have received BB offers and call to book a cabin most of the time I end up with a connecting cabin. Now I make sure I look at the deck plan before I say yes to a cabin.

I have done two B2B both on the Pride. We received a letter in the cabin the last night of the first cruise telling us to meet in front of the Customer Service Desk at 10:00 a.m. Since we were not in the same cabin but only 5 cabins away our cabin steward told us to leave our clothes on hangers and place everything else in the suitcases and he moved everything for us to the new cabin. We were escorted off the ship by a crew member to go through customs than right back on. We took pictures and were offered a free drink or two while we waited for the new guests to arrive. It was fun people watching. Later that night we received a free copy of the picture. I can't wait to do another B2B.

I really enjoyed your first review. Great job. I am doing this same cruise December 17-24. This will be my third time but the first on a smaller ship. Thank you for giving me ideas.

I have won several handpay jackpots. I only play slots and the penny slots are my favorite. The most I have one at one time was $5200.00. This February on a Journey cruise I won 1350.00 & $1550.00. In June on the Pride I won over $2000.00, my name was called for a drawing and I won $545.00 and on the last night of the cruise I won the free cruise & entry into the Big Slot Tournament for the October 22nd sailing on the Dream. But I have also come back home broke a lot.

My cousin who doesn't eat any meat loved the veggie burger. On the Pride they are not cooked on the grill but in the kitchen. It does take about 5 min.

I usually get off the ship to walk around and look at some of the items the vendors are selling, listen to the music and stop at the food stand with the longest line and get one of their great fish sandwiches and conch fritters.

I have a group of family & friends who have been cruising every year since 2012. We always have a different t-shirt every year we wear the first day of the cruise. We love it!!!!

I also am a cruisaholic!! I started off taking one cruise a year, then two a year. I retired January 31, 2013 and have been cruising several times a year. I have 3 more booked for this year. I love Carnival the best and the Pride is my favorite ship. I became a Diamond VIFP last November. I still get a thrill when I first board the ship!!!!

I heard you can eat at la cucina capitano on embarkation day for lunch without the extra charge; did you find this to be true? Thanks! Enjoying all your info!

Yes you can but the food isn't the same. Only pasta and sauces for lunch - good but nowhere near the full dinner experience!!!! you can't beat it for $15.00.

When I try viewing my VIFP information on my iPad it keeps going back to the login screen. Very frustrating!!!!

Since I have been receiving "free cruise offers" from my local casino & Carnival 4 of us have shared an oceanview cabin about 5 times. We bring extra hangers, each get a shelf in one closet, each get a drawer and the person who sleeps on the coach uses the 2 drawers at the bottom of it. We put all the suitcases under the beds. You just have to be mindful of the time you stay in the bathroom. We ask the room steward for extra pillows, towels and blankets and only have the cabin serviced in the evening. It will definitely save you enough money for excursions.

Finished reading your review tonight and I truly enjoyed every word. Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a intensive review!!!! I have now sailed NCL 5 times (4 on the Breakaway and 1 on the Dawn) and had a great time. My favorite things were the chicken salad and crepes on the buffet and the entertainment is outstanding.
