    I didn’t attempt to reply because it came from noreply@azamara.com and the last line said: “Note: This email address is unmonitored. For additional assistance, please Submit a Support Request.”

    It took a week for me to get a reply from that form. Reply was that my booking should now show in my account. It did not and still doesn’t show. Made my final payment on Tuesday through my cruise agent. Took her a week to get them to correct invoice enough to pay. Acct still showing a random balance due through agent’s site. My agent was told that they are not automatically canceling any bookings for lack of payment until May 1. They aren’t canceling bookings made before the changeover at all. Think she said it was only bookings after 4/24 that would be subject to auto Cancelation for lack of payment. There was a letter emailed to agents yesterday. This may be a better contact form for you but your agent should really call them. https://www.azamara.com/about-azamara/contact-us/contact-form Pls excuse any typos.   9. If it’s not a toll-free call on your cell, perhaps the front desk will dial for you. Another possible option is to put your phone in airplane mode, turn on wifi and use wifi calling at no charge. Unfortunately, your phone usually needs to have wifi calling activated (for the first time) while in the US.

    I had the same problem when I tried to submit form on 4/4. I tried again on 4/5 and the below confirmation screen popped up. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear to have made a difference. I got an email from Azamara Support on 4/11 saying: “Thank you for submitting the Future Booking & Loyalty Support Form. Your account has been updated. Please login and verify that you are now able to see your upcoming cruises.Note: This email address is unmonitored. For additional assistance, please Submit a Support Request.” Unfortunately my account still has NOT been updated. Since the email came from a No-reply email address, I have no easy way of following up on this. The link provided just takes me back to the same blank Bookings & Loyalty support form. I am letting this go for now. My agent is working on the higher priority matter of correcting financials for the final payment which is due next week. She’s also following up to make sure they do whatever is needed to ticket flights as soon as final payment is made.
  15. While we were on the phone with Celebrity/ChoiceAir this week (booking flights for a Celebrity cruise), we asked the agent for a contact for our previously booked Azamara air. His reply was that they no longer support Aza air and to call Aza at 855-292-6272 or Groups at 800-556-8208. Not terribly helpful. Jane
  16. Or if you have final payment due soon with incorrect balance or ChoiceAir flight issues. (I don’t mean loyalty level but contacting them for help correcting things before final payment.)
  17. They recently increased the size of the water bottles offered from 500 ml to liters. CORRECTION: I just found my screenshot of the water purchase from 11/20/22. See paste in below. It was actually 12-oz bottles which are smaller that 500ml/16.9 oz. Will be interesting to see what I get on my cruise next month. “Select a package of 12 or 24 (12-oz) bottles once vou reserve.“

    I filled out the support from on 4/4. This morning I got the below response, but my upcoming booking is still not showing! I’ve tried three different browsers on my iPad (Safari, Chrome & Firefox) plus Safari on my iPhone. Extra annoying that their support email comes from a no-reply email address and directs you to start over by filling out a brand new support form it your issue isn’t resolved. My cruise agent is currently on hold to the general number listening to loud music. She was not given the option to request a callback. Her original call to the group department seemed to go through but went silent. She has a group with final payment due next week. The cruise insurance dropped off some of the bookings during the changeover. What a mess! Hello, Thank you for submitting the Future Booking & Loyalty Support Form. Your account has been updated.     There is a drop down arrow to more directly access the month and day, but scrolling back to my birth year did feel like playing the game show “Wheel of Fortune!” i submitted that form on April 4th. Not seeing my booking yet, but our cruise isn’t until Aug. I assume they are prioritizing earlier sailings. Just anxious to confirm amount owed before final payment date of April 24th. I’m traveling with our cruise agent/friend with a small group. As long as there are no significant changes to our Choice Air and the amount we owe is corrected, I will try not to stress. Jane
  21. I applaud your persistence! Thanks for keeping us updated. We don’t cruise until August, but we’re still concerned because our Azamara Air flights booked through ChoiceAIR are certainly subject to change. It concerns us not to have a contact in case of scheduling changes.

    Thanks! This worked for me. My account with new Azamara circle number, 0 points, and Adventurer status showed up when I signed in on my iPad through Chrome. Didn’t show up on Safari. In order to get into the website at all, I decided to reregister since my email username was not found in the system. I believe they removed my email addy so that I wouldn’t inadvertently be status matched to Discoverer Plus through the prior Celebrity arrangement. (We tried to sail on Aza well before 2/1/23, but our first cruise was chartered out from under us.) ETA When I signed back in through Safari after Chrome, my Aza Circle #, status and points info were populated. My current booking is still not showing through either browser. I will try to be patient, but final payment is coming up in 3 weeks. Really hoping my Aza Air (through ChoiceAir) flights don’t get messed up before the transition is complete.

    My email address and husband’s are still not recognized, so I can’t reset password and sign in. Our cruise isn’t until August, but final payment is due 4/24. I can afford to be patient for a bit longer.
