We’re traveling to Santiago Chile in November to begin our Endeavor adventure….how will our transfer to the Ritz Carlton be handled? Is there a SS rep at the airport? Thank you

I am currently in the process and it seems pretty frustrating. This is my 10th policy and my first claim for trip interruption. Have sent the same requested information a couple times. I only had 3 receipts for the airfare, bus fare & hotel reimbursements that I was claiming. When I tried to contact the person handling my claim I learned that she had gotten a promotion and no longer had access to my file. Still waiting for a call back from my new claims adjuster to find out what the problem is and if they need any further information.

I was wondering if there are any Friends of Bill W meetings scheduled onboard?

I’m staying there myself in a couple weeks before we do our TA crossing. We stayed there when we went for Harry & Meghan’s wedding years ago and loved the location. We really enjoyed the Royal Mews too & it was great seeing all the carriages & horses that will probably be shown during the upcoming coronation.

You’re absolutely right & the QM is an ocean liner not a cruise ship! Been cruising for 35 yrs now so looking forward to a crossing ha ha! I’ll be following your posts with much interest!

We’re on our first QM2 cruise in April and are so excited about sitting in our (completely obstructed) balcony cabin & sipping the dreaded Pol Acker! Lucky for me my husband doesn’t drink…lol. So very excited about the TA cruise, another item off my bucket list!

Any recommendation for a hotel in Southampton the night before our departure? We will spend several days in London before our cruise but I’ve got a thing about not rushing the day of boarding so will come down to Southampton the night before. My husband definitely wants to go to the air museum there!
