E-ticket states 1600 as embarking time. Yacht Club boards at anytime correct?
-
Cannes is a tender port correct? What is debarkation like for tenders?
This is the Grandiosa
We are in Yacht Club specifically- I understand we get priority debarkation, but does anyone have personal experience on how this works. We have a non MSC tour booked and I want to make sure I allow enough time (I am able to change the start time).

So I did use a TA- myself as I am one. They replied in 2 days via email and my status is updated. There is no phone number but they do reply .

I emailed and provided Booking number which confirms I did cruise so I don’t understand your suggesting the spending account as proof. VIA phone their computers can see I was on the sailing . O just thought someone might have a number.
Thanks for your suggestion.

Does anyone have phone number? I didn’t receive points for recent cruise. I have email but saw on some posts they don’t reply.

Nearing 35min.... wish I had booked this with a TA, but I dont have one with NCL. I plan to just get FCC, and will certainly use a TA when I rebook!
I’ve been on hold with NCL 3 times in past 24 hour- each time 40 + minutes.

I am booking ours at First Med, fairly close to the Termini train station in Rome. Their rapid antigen tests are 15 euros, and you can email them to book it ahead of time. They give results in English.
Thank you so much!

Arriving 4 days prior go cruise in Rome. Two questions
1. MSC requires RT-PCR or antigen test prior to embarking. Prefer the antigen- any recommendations on where to get one with electronic results printed in English?
3. PLF need one for arrival by plane to Rome and one for cruise so I need to do one for each mode of transportation? Can my husband and I be on one or so we each one?
-
I've got myself totally confused about the PLF which I should be able to figure out.
Arrive 4 days prior to cruise staying at VRBO in Rome.
Cruise for a week
Disembark and stay 3 days at VRBO prior to returning to US.
MSC requires a PLF for ports of call from what I understand (we are US citizens)
Italy requires PLF when arriving by airline.
So 2 PLF need to be completed (one for cruise and one for airline)?
Thank you-

Cruising out of Civitavecchia on the Seaside in May. Know after April 23rd we can do antigen test 24 hours prior to embarkation. Does MSC accept the proctored online tests? I am having a hard time finding Covid testing in Rome- I see pharmacies, but many say results handwritten. Thank you for any suggestions or information.

We took a private tour on Wednesday 11/17. Our guide Adonay went above and beyond. He picked is up at port and had bottled water, gave us each a sample of the Honduran money and had lychee fruit. He customized the tours. We saw downtown, took pictures, did sloth/monkeys, had chocolate factory tour and snorkeling. In past we did a highly recommended tour company on these boards. I reviewed them years ago as we had terrible experience.
Adonay was professional, informative and so proud of his island. He had us back right at time we requested. I’m unsure if I can give contact information but if I can I will.

What is the President’s cruise like for non C&A guests? Booked June 2022 and now turned into this cruise. Anything to be concerned about?

Have you received a refund for port fees and taxes?
Not yet. My TA contacted MSC yesterday and agents said they are processing. She sent and email to another department.

I got my May 20 cancellation FCC on Tuesday. Think my TA really pressed them. Had requested in March and have 2 cruises booked, November and February.
-
My TA had her own company and majority of her bookings are MSC. She was fantastic working with MSC when our May cruise was canceled. Rebooked with her for November 2020 and February 2021.
-
We cancelled our 5/2020 cruise on 3/10/2020. At that time it was only a FCC for cost of cruise. We rebooked but have not received FCC. Is it reasonable to ask for the 125% FCC credit they are now offering as our cruise was cancelled? Or is that something MSC would not do?

Does anyone know if you can make a deposit to hold the cruise you want to rebook then use certificate to pay for?

Think about running this by Elliott for perhaps a better solution and cutting red tape - LINK:

This sort of disaster needs more Media and Broadcast attention AND responsibility by NCL and it's agents !
Don't be left out with minimum compensation and careless loss of your belongings !
Guess good minds think alike
I didn’t know if link allowed
posted two above yours
elliott is a great resource

I wouldn’t be posting on a message board. You don’t know who reads it. I’d go to Elliott.org and ask for assistance there. They will tell you how to write an email and the order in which to send. They will tell you to be short and leave out all fillers to your story, and not threaten.

Just booked November 2020 Panama Canal cruise. It was a deal for past latitude members. We got all five promos and free airfare (yes I know 'free'). It had me select departure city. On confirmation it shows AIRPROM2, but no departure city. I phoned and they stated it's there and without my stating city the told me. Should I be concerned since no city listed?
We took advantage previously of the perk and it showed departure city.
Thanks

I did search Cozumel and Costa Maya Ports of Call but couldn't find what I wanted.
We cruised on the Getaway in May 2019 and did Roatan, Belize, Cozumel and Costa Maya. In one of the ports there was an all-inclusive beach day place you could book. It was highly recommended and I can't remember where it was or the name. You could choose your loungers and spot to sit- reserve it. It was small. I don't believe it was Jamies or Maya Chan as the websites don't look familiar. Food and alcohol was included....Maybe it was Maya Chan (do they only book a small number of people)?
Does that sound familiar to anyone. I tried to book for our May cruise and it was fully booked. We are going to those ports on the Pearl next year and I was trying to plan way ahead.
Thanks in advance if anyone can help. I also tried looking on TripAdvisor at those ports. I know it wasn't Roatan (saw the sloths there).
Pleasantly Surprised!

As a TA I find MSC very easy to work with.
