  1. Are you Bella or Fantastica experience?  When you board you will be given a welcome page of important info, including a place to go to see about changing your dining time, table, etc.  I generally don’t join in solo cruiser meetings, but last month on Magnifica there was one around 4:30pm the first day, and we had a dozen or more people.  The crew member was able to arrange for those who wanted to eat together to have a table in the MDR early seating.  I was already assigned early dining, so I went to that table.  EM

  2. I’m way past that age.  In fact, I’m not sure I ever was that age…at that age.  There are lines that have multiple pools, and some are busier than others.  You might look at Princess, or Celebrity.   Or MSC, in the Yacht Club.  You would not like Virgin Voyages.  EM

  3. I have to totally agree about Untitled.  I found it so disjointed.  I’m sure each dancer had a choreographed routine, but it seemed so random.  And I knew there was supposed to be singing, but I couldn’t stand it and left about halfway through.  I started out down on the floor, but my 80 y/o body doesn’t stand for a whole show.  I made it upstairs but also couldn’t see a third of the performance area.  Total miss for me.  The on,y show I saw was The Hostess Sings the Rules, in the Mansion.  It was okay.  EM

Please do not label a cruiser as steerage, don't you understand what you are doing?

You mistake me.  I do not label anyone as steerage.  I travel in non-suite cabins, often insides.  As I say, tongue in cheek, I travel Below the Salt, a medieval term of social hierarchy.  EM

    What is a steerage buffet?

Steerage is a term applied to those of us not in Yacht Club.  I prefer to define myself as sailing Below the Salt.  Google the term.  EM
