This is my 1st time with a guarantee booking as my cruise was sold out & my T/A had an Obstructed View Balcony guarantee. When you had a guarantee how long before you saw your stateroom assignment? I’m aware that it could be just before the cruise. Tom🤔

I also bring magnets with hooks, some real strong as I hung Christmas Decrations/lights on my door. And magnets with clips. If I have a balcony I have a small thermometer with a suction cup that attaches to the outside of the sliding door, AcuRite 00799HDSBA1 00799 Digital Outdoor Window Thermometer, White. One caution is to remove it if your doing a B2B cruise as they my be hosting the outside area & it could come off. Tom😀

From my experience it sounds like your T/A doesn’t want to do it this way as my T/A has no objection & have never said anything about not doing it. Tom😀

You don’t mention what type stateroom you have but if you have a balcony I would do a balcony dinner, plus you get a free photo. I’ve done this several times & it was great. Tom😀

You’ve brought up a good subject as a reminder to occasionally check your charges, especially the last night of your cruise. I always do this to avoid any questionable charges. Tom😀
