"IMO, it's none of our business." Really!? But when someone questions the forced tipping policies developed by the Cruise Lines who underpay their employees and expect us to cover them they are lambastered. I'm tired of people telling me what I should or shouldn't do.
Very true, I do almost all solo trips. Dinner is a little ackward but I don't eat much. Eat it fast like at home and get on with the evening. Avoids chit chat, you can do that anywhere.
Hang in there. I am on the December 3rd cruise and it will change and be more confusing by then. I am hoping they toss the whole testing protocol. Right now I can do it at home unsupervised! How authentic is that?
I booked the Escape for December once they lifted the unvaccinated restriction. I want to book the Epic but it still says I must be jabbed. Spain and Greece have no restrictions. Is it France ?
Thanks for the quick response. I get more confused on each question and answer since there is no universal answers. 9 (Which Cruise line/Country/Or what day it is). Flying to Portugal and Norway the next 4 weeks and they don't have restrictions about vaccinations or tests. I'll spend my money where it is appreciated and I am STILL dying to get on that first cruise after more than 2 years!
So help me understand, everyone has to show their cards and test results when you get on the ship AND as you get off in the Bahamas? Private Islands? Isn't there long lines?
