I just did this a week ago. Booked the new Aqua on its 1st sailing, Transatlantic positioning from South Hampton to Boston. Doubled up on a Balcony.

We have been buying the Cruise Next. Buy $1000, get $2000 and some onboard credit. Onboard Credit unused, went towards the $1000 credit. Making the deal more sweet. CN credits can be doubled for Balcony, are transferable, and dont expire. If I'm reading the Cruise 1st info properly, you cannot use them on short weekend getaway cruises. Only 6+ day cruises. I don't see a double up option for Balcony and higher staterooms. And they expire. I'll stick with the Cruise Next option. We'll definitely be purchasing more on our next NCL Cruise. We did Glacier Bay on The Bliss recently with a balcony. We secured a spot outside front and center on the way in. Watched from our balcony on the way out. Eagles perched on icebergs. Sea Otter all around. It was stunning!

Wow..That's great! We have two credits left that were set to expire in April 2026 with 1 NCL Cruises booked for January, one next year, and one Celebrity Greece Cruise later this year. So we don't have to rush to select our next NCL option. 😉👍

So if I am on the classic package, and I wanted a Red Bull and Vodka. I would be charged the difference for any upgrade in vodka plus tip, and be charged for the whole can of red bull plus tip?

Once I received my flight info and airline confirmation number, I downloaded the Airline APP. In the APP I could select luggage options, upgrade and seat options. All at your own additional expense of course. Every option available on a flight, as if you booked it yourself.
