    • Stand in a line to get to an agent in the terminal.

    • Show the agent your passport and other documents that weren't loaded on to the app.

    I am not sure they have "ready made cruise cards" at the desk.  They will have his medallion waiting for him if it was not sent to the house.

    • Stand in line to have security take his photo.

    • Stand in line at the Customer Service Desk to turn his medallion (that got him on the ship) for a cruise card.

     

    I hope you aren't checking in with him.  Get on the ship faster, have fun, and enjoy embarkation lunch.  Let him enjoy his desire to go medallion-less.

    We don't put anything on our phones. We did use the web in our booking. We also needed to have our photos and when it was required our VAX cards. Was told without inputting would not be moved to green lane. Also without the app we couldn't order drinks or make reservations on our phone which didn't matter to us personally.

  3. No thanks, if I wanted theme parks I would go to Disney or Universal. There is no way that

    I could enjoy myself on the deck with constant screaming and noise. I go on a cruise to relax

    not to completely stress out. You can keep it. I will stick to the smaller ships. 🙃

  4. I noticed that to with my Jan 16 Breeze cruise. It's not even on the website. My thought is that

    the cruise is sold out and that is why it is no longer there. It may be why the October dates

    are all not there. I don't think they cancelled October yet. Carnival would have said something.

  5. Has anyone used this company? I am having hip replacement surgery 6 weeks before our cruise.

    I don't want my kids to be held back because of me. I would prefer a Carnival based tour but\

    they don't have an observers price. This company does, plus they charge half of what Carnival

    charges. 

     

    Any help or suggestions would be helpful.

  6. He decided that October 29 was too far away and too long to wait... so we are now booked on the Sept. 15 Sensation cruise so he doesn't have to wait so long! Oh, we're still going on the October cruise too - but the man is so impatient! This time it's OK with me.

    We are in SW Florida where the blue-green algae and red tide have made it impossible to be on the beach for over a month. We were talking about going to the east coast for a few days, but this cruise was cheaper. I'm happy with that.

     

    Lol flip flop it and you have my itinerary. I am leaving on the Victory Sept 9 and will be on the Sensation Oct 18. Enjoy your cruises!!!

  7. What time are you arriving in Miami? The drive from MIA to FLL is about 40 minutes to an hour. We had a 1:35pm (boarding at 1:00pm) flight in June, same situation. We got up at 7am, had a quick breakfast, went back to the room to grab our bags, got to the terminal and hailed an UBER. We got in the car at 8:48am. Arrived at FLL at 9:28am. Needless to say, we could have stayed in bed or at breakfast longer ;)

     

    It says we will arrive at 8:00 am but probably sooner. We will be taking an UBER as well so this makes me feel better. Thank you.

  8. I'm in a FB group run by my Carnival PVP. Someone asked her yesterday about issues with online check-in and she checked with IT and was told they were aware of the issue and hoped to have it resolved within 24 hours.

     

    Hope it doesn't affect anyone who left online checkin to the last minute!

  9. Is anyone experiencing issues with the manage my cruise tab? I have been trying to update my credit card for 3 days and it keeps erroring out saying there is a problem and they are working on it. Everything else seems to be working but that.
