  1. I called to have this done today on an excursion that was sold out. They canceled and rebooked.
  2. Once the planner is back up, you need to go and click on orders, then click on what you bought. That is where it will say that.
  3. We may find out soon as the cruise planner is down...perhaps they are "fixing" something 🙂
  4. Complaints from who? We all saw this, but we are only being charged $9,99 total and it says (on the receipt) good for X days where X=number of days sailing. We all believe it to be a mistake - either in the wording below (pppd) since the text above says *package*, or a problem above where it says *package* and it should say per day. Regardless, we all took screenshots of our receipts.
  5. In theory, yes. You pay immediately (but can use OBC if it is loaded early to your account...if this is the case you'll see the amount when you manage the booking). Cancellation is refundable to original form of payment.
  6. Again, there is no link or email. When you sign in and go into your cruise, you see this: You need to search for which those apply to. It's possible that a cruise leaving in a week doesn't apply...
  7. FWIW, I called Celebrity to ask how the voucher works and was told I would just have a code waiting for me in the cabin. The rep might not have understood exactly what I was asking, and I didn't want to give too many details, so we will see.
  8. My first is in Feb, so that will be the litmus test for my remaining ones 🙂
  9. Yeah, that's why I'm taking the screenshot that says "Full Sailing, 9 days"
  10. I purchased too, but see my screenshot above. It's pretty clear it's for the entire cruise. I plan to take it in case there are any issues...
  11. This is finally a *real* sale. Book now while it lasts... Oh, and not just excursions. For example, the deal or no deal cards are cheaper too.
  12. Another update on the wifi...the $10 appears to be for any length. I have a 9 and a 14 days cruise...$10 for those too. And the verbiage is for entire sailing, and notice it say $9.99 *per package*
  13. I literally just got of the phone doing exactly this for a sold out cruise
  14. No, but my guess is you turn it in or go to guest services/wifi desk once onboard and get upgraded. But I guess I need to make sure it isn't only for one day or something... Edit: it does say "full sailing, 7 days" on my order...
  15. Anyone looking to upgrade WiFi, it's only $10 *total* to upgrade from basic to premium...
  16. Yeah, I keep seeing people say that. I haven't sailed Princess before so wasn't sure if these were special smoothies like the special desserts.
  17. Well, I think at least one thing changes, right? You don't get the medallion shipped for free...although this changes for everyone. It's a little confusing because the new Plus includes the free shipping (plus deserts, fitness classes, and smoothies) but the old one doesn't. But you are 100% right...nothing changes with what you've bought. However, it may not be clear to some that you don't get the free shipping (if that even matters). I know there's another thread about it, but honestly I don't see where the $10pppd value comes in...
  18. If that's what it is then, yes, us too. Seems like a lot of work to track this.
  19. I'm glad you asked this because I'm confused too. I got an email saying I can keep what I have (Princess Plus) or "upgrade" to the new packages. But the new packages except for deserts and fitness classes (which seem kind of at odds with one another on a cruise) seem to be identical to the old ones. Oh yeah, smoothies too. So I'm not sure what I get by upgrading, and why they told me about gratuities going up if they are covered by Plus. This is what the email says... You'll be able to upgrade to the new or keep the old at the current price We wanted you to be the first to hear that we're adding brand-new experiences and offerings to our existing packages ❯. What's new: Princess Plus — now $60 per day per guest! · premium desserts · Juice Bar (smoothies and juices) · fitness classes · free Medallion® device shipping* Princess Premier — now $80 per day per guest! · premium desserts · Juice Bar (smoothies and juices) · fitness classes · free Medallion device shipping* · reserved theater seating · Medallion accessory *Free Medallion device shipping to US residents only. 20. Yeah, but what about the return flight? You might not have needed it, but I'm guessing that is too early...
