We had our FCC emailed to us last Friday while on cruise.

We returned from our shortened Anthem cruise this past Saturday. We have not received our survey as of this evening. Do you think Royal is not sending one on purpose because of problems with this cruise?

Hi, Nancy,
Â
My first cruise was on Song Of Norway in September of 1979! We were in the middle of TWO hurricanes, David and Frederick. What a week and what an experience! I had a few very scary moments on the cruise but what ended up being my best cruise in many ways. It was an unbelivable voyage, with stories I'll be telling forever and memories I'll have forever, too. It was amazing and what sold me on RCCL.
@LynnABMy wife was also on that cruise in 1979 RCCL went out of their way to make up for it. She and her girlfriends have a lot of good memories from that cruise.

We have been on Anthem 3 times and have had access to cl lounge on the first 2. We thought it was a long walk and since we do not drink I only went for morning coffee. Now we no longer book a room on deck 12. In 2 weeks we are on deck 10 and will enjoy music hall this is a much better place to meet and a lot closer to dining options.

Thank you!
We board the Anthem on the 7th of February hope you enjoy your long stay on the beautiful Anthem.

You forgot to show the nice handicap ramp in the back of the 270 lounge I used it many times to take my grandson down to the area behind the stage in his stroller where you can look out the windows real close. Also easy access to the fancy chairs without using the stairs.

We usually use the magnets to hang bathing suits on balcony walls but on our last cruise on the Symphony the walls of the balcony were not metal we had to hang on wall next to sliding door.

Hooked is really enticing and I am not a big fan of extra charge dining.
We did the lunch option at Hooked and it was very good and something different for a change.

Maureen and Andy must be busy practicing their slackline act no posts in a while. Hope you are enjoying your cruise.

Thanks for the great review John we were also on the cruise with you. We were on the other catamaran in St Maarten and enjoyed watching the race. We want to thank you for your pictures from the events we did not go to. The midnight buffet was a mob scene and glad you got pictures. It was a great cruise Phoenix cover band was great. Did not bother watching Hall and Oates but watched from Aqua theater hopefully someone in standby watched for us.Â

Not yet... maybe later today.  Massive head cold now on day 9 and hopefully rounding the corner.  That's what I wish for every morning when I wake up.

Maybe Andy had too much to eat and drink and has decided to stay in the cabin?

What happened to Andy?

My wifes first cruise was 40 years ago this month on the Song of Norway her 7 day cruise became an 8 day cruise because of hurricanes David and Frederick. They only made it to St Thomas that trip they spent most of the days running from the hurricanes. Royal was very nice and gave her 100% of her money back and when she got home she booked her second cruise with them. We are now scheduled for our 30th Royal cruise on the Symphony Nov 2nd.

Last month on the Adventure the extension cord and distilled water were delivered in the afternoon after muster. Had to ask cabin steward for sharps container and medical fridge which arrived while we were at dinner. The only problem was the medical fridge was set on warm instead of cold took a while for it to cool down.

We just moved from midship to aft and saved $915.00 thanks for the heads up about prices. We have a balcony cabin.
-
yes across from the garage. This lot was pretty full last week also when we arrived.Â
-
Run by Royal they are the original parking areas that were there before the garage was built.

They have outside parking lots and they give very good directions as to where to go to park.

We were blessed by Royal's weird calculations on this cruise. This was our free prime interior cabin cruise. We paid 232.00 to upgrade to exterior balcony. We also paid 286.54 in taxes, fees, and port expenses. Total for cruise 518.54Â we received 650.00 obc refund and 650.00 fcc. It was a fun cruise a little cold going down and back but Bermuda was beautiful. The ship was in fantastic shape and we had great service in dining room and windjammer. We had lunch in Chops on Valentines Day food was good but service was not good.Â
