Agreed. Call and have it corrected. There should not be any charge.

This is not new
20 years ago, when I would travel with my daughter, brought a letter from her dad
.
Ii have never been asked
But if everyone is on good terms, why not.
Fyi . This is recommended even when parents are still together

You have a minor in a room by themselves.
I would not gamble with this one
Change your booking to move the son in your own cabin.
.
The last thing you want is to worry if your child will be denied boarding .
.
Feel bad for your cousin, but your priority should be that the 3 of you will be ok

I don't think "happy hours" are ever off topic 🍹
Indeed they were - 4-5 in both Ocean and Crow's Nest and then 9-10 or 10-11 ? in Crows nest.
In the Crow's nest at 4:00 it coincided with trivia - making it the most well-attended trivia I have ever witnessed. 😃
Yep, this is why we chose ocean bar with the piano. It was a great pre dinner option for us.
2 very different options that most can find their preference

Just came back from a family cruise
4 adults with 2 babies was a good ratio
2 parents
2 grand parents
A 2.5 year old
And a 6 month old
.
The cruise was different then my others ( more buffet and less dining room ).
But I would do it again and so would the parents

Success! All guests have been given some compensation as a result of the situation…
This letter has been placed outside every stateroom. Now, as to whether it will result in NCL ceasing to hire out key venues, I’m not sure, but getting them to acknowledge that they “got it wrong” is a start!
Bravo to you and the cc community.

Hello fellow Canadians,
Does transport Canada have a passenger rights law for buses as they do for airlines ? I have looked but can find anything
.
I am looking for info before I contact Greyhound.
.
Here is my story if you want more info
.
Friday May 26th, my party of 6 ( plus another couple)
Had booked the 11:30 pm bus Montreal to Boston
.
Greyhound forgot to schedule a driver and officially cancelled the bus at 12:30.
.
No effort was made to replace / reschedule that bus
.
Officially, we were offered
Vouchers and 15 % off our next trip
The next bus was leaving at 8am and we would have arrived too late
.
When we contact Greyhound, we will ask for a full refund ,( and get help from credit card if they push back )
.
But was wondering if we are entitled to some other form of compensation.
In the end, we rented a car and drove to Boston.
Made it with 15 min to spare
( Cost for minivan was approx $450 cad . Will be are plan A in the future ).
.
The other couple got the last 2 plane tickets at a cost of $600 ea.
.
Thanks for any help you can provide

Considering a Boston to Quebec City cruise in the Fall. The only problem is that I need to get back to Boston the same day the cruise ends in Quebec. There appears to be no commercial air service between Quebec City and Boston at the present time. One way rental cars also do not look to be an option as none of the majors seem to allow it. So options appear to be to take 3 plus hour train or bus to Montreal and head to the airport. But I'm open to other ideas! Any ideas?
Budget will allow, 1 way cross border. Just did it last week. Montreal to Boston
Was $350 cad for a car.
I suspect it would be similar from quebec

@Ken the cruiser Thought of you and your live report today when we saw these pigeons in Athens. Thanks for all the great information you shared. We are going on our first X cruise in February.
Maybe we need to start a thread " pigeons of the world" as a tribute to Ken. :))

What's everyone's view on kids being allowed to run through the casino unsupervised?
in Ask a Cruise Question
Posted
We were on Zaandam last month.
My 2 1/2 year old grandson was a few steps ahead of us.
He stepped into the casino and a supervisor warned us before we caught up with him.
The entire scene took a few secs and everything was done with respect on both sides.
