  1. RCI does not inspect any medications unless you carry 1,000 of anything. doctors' notes, prescriptions, or original bottles are not required for the TSA or RCI.
  2. You could never buy as much as you wanted. There are certain islands (mostly USVI) where if you buy one locally produced you can get more. Please check the CBP website. Having said that, they rarely check anymore. It's self-reporting.
  3. Luggage is not tracked to make sure you board. That happens in the airline world.
  4. There is a service fee for withdrawing cash in the casino if it goes against your credit card. 5% The casino is charged an interchange fee by the bank, and they pass it along to you. Refundable OBC is entirely different. It's against Visa and Mastercard rules to charge you for a credit back to your account.
  5. That service fee was cash withdrawals in the casino. Never had a fee for the return of refundable OBC.
  6. OMG, we have been charged $900 at the Next Cruise desk when booking a suite. That was the policy 5 years ago because people were abusing deposits. Probably the same myth as booking with a TA gets you a group rate. This is not a debate, the rules have changed.
  7. Group rates at a travel agent are pretty rare. They would need to book a LOT of groups for 26 ships.
  8. It certainly hasn't, or you have not been a TA for very long. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/deposit-requirements
  9. Then RCI changed the rules again. Passengers were booking suites and canceling.
  10. Plus it has no ground. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078M32R41/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&th=1 That said, any charger or device that has a brick, normally will be OK. Check the fine print on the brick. I plug my CPAP, laptop, Kindle, and phone chargers (with brick) into this device on ships with no bedside outlet.
  11. It's all personal preference I guess. If you use your CC you actually end up paying for gratuities almost a month after you get home.
  12. You are picking a check-in time, not a boarding time. Although they could be the same, sometimes you have to wait with your group.
  13. We are about to go on our third annual Allianz policy. just filed a claim, so we'll see if they make it to a third year.
  14. Yeah, it's not been good since they have been kicking even Pinnacles out of the Concierge Club when there are the arbitrary TOO many Pinnacles. We love Radiance Class ships, so I'm a little biased, hahaha. We peeked into the CC when we were shut out, it's mostly empty. The Concierges I have spoken with are not happy. Plus, there are usually hundreds of D, D+, and Pinnacles trying to speak to their one concierge in the DC. <SAD> Fortunately, Concierge Clubs on Radiance class ships have not been converted to a SL.
  15. I guess we must be really lucky! After 281 nights on a Radiance Class ship, we have never seen the soot that posters are referring to in recent posts. The Diamond Club only has a view of one side of the ship.
  16. The concierge clubs on Radiance class ships are the best in the fleet. Outside, and a bar.
