I believe she transmitted it before hand but now they say it was used in last few days AND we have a fairly large balance. Cant get info on WHERE it was used. If we used it, we would at least like to know if we enjoyed it. Kidding aside, its very disappointing if this is how they run a business!

Yes, that is what I also understood, but for some reason, and they cant explain, they used it and cant tell me what it was used for! I just dont understand because I am a 'numbers' person and can account for expenses if I know what they are for, but this is a big mess. Very unexpected at this point.

We were paid in full and had TA OBC left. Had verified just last week. Went to purchase the transfer to ship and couldnt! They said we owed several hundred dollars and OBC was used. I asked for accounting. TA and supervisor are working with AZ. AZ has supposedly not been able to provide an accounting. This is going on for several days now. I was told it will be resolved one way or another after we return. Am I wrong for wanting a resolution NOW? Have others encountered this?

Oops, sorry, I hadnt realized. We are using for two upcoming trips. Hopefully wont get to need it. I used a much touted and EXPENSIVE company for many trips and when I made a small claim took months of back and forth calls and documentation, Constantly 'lost' our docs or it was sitting on someone's desk. I hope this is a better experience if needed. Again, I am sorry for mentioning a name.

Hi y'all. We are booked on the Italy Intensive this October. We are planning on arriving in Florence and staying 4 nites, then rail to Venice for 3 nites before boarding ship After cruise we plan to stay in Rome 4 nites. We desperately need help in finding hotels. The hotels our TA suggested are all running $1000 per nite and up. Is this normal? (but then again these arent normal times). Usually stay Marriott executive suite or similar for no where near this price. Want something near center of things but hate to think this is the expected rate. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

We are booked for Oct 2023 and dont see this available. Upon searching for other European cruises I dont see this at all. Best I could see is $300 OBC and 40 pc off. Is this only on certain cruises? TIA

Has anyone used the Costco policy? It appears to cover most things and is half of the cost of the company we usually use. Concerned how they pay if there is a claim. Any and all comments please

Very true. When I called they said 'yes, you are flown home if that is what you prefer'. Upon reading the fine print, that is definitely NOT true. They will fly you to the nearest hospital that can treat you. READ THE FINE PRINT.
